“Orlando is amazing! I bought a dress that could not be returned. It was way too tight in the hips. One tailor told me there was nothing they could do and had to buy a size up. Orlando had told me he could take out the lining and add fabric - no questions asked. He made it work and saved the dress! Not to mention he is so sweet and so fast! Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.”
“Best laundromat and best owner in the business. The attendants who are here are always the sweetest and most helpful too. Great bunch of employees. I have been coming here since 2021. I always have the best experience at this laundromat. Tonight’s visit was outstanding by far. I had to run and do laundry last minute at 7pm. I was just about to take out my laundry bags from the trunk when a friendly gentleman approached me. He let me know that the tiles were being redone inside, and quite a few of the washing machines were out of service temporarily in the laundromat tonight except for the a couple small ones and the one really big one. I must’ve looked as disappointed as I felt because he then offered to take my laundry out of my car and bring it inside for me. He introduced himself as Ron. Ron offered to start the big machine for me as a courtesy for my inconvenience. I was thrilled. It saved me money. Couldn’t believe how personable and kind he is. (I still didn’t realize he happened to be the owner of Surf Suds.) Therefore, I asked him if he was and he said yes. I couldn’t thank Ron enough. He was a lifesaver for my wallet this evening. He really knows how to treat his customers too. He went around to others in the laundromat and asked them how their experience was going. He even asked everyone if they wanted food from the Chinese place next door. He went over to buy food for everyone. I live in the Boro. I’ll only come here. Surf Suds has my loyalty even more now. Exceptional service.”

“Fast Tailoring is absolutely the very best. My family has been going there for many years. May started the business many years ago 1998, even my two Dalmatians enjoy going to visit her. Now her daughter has taken over the business,and is doing very well. May and her family are dedicated to taking care of the people,who need the job done right. I most definitely recommend Fast Tailoring for all your Tailoring needs.”
“Was able to wash/dry a 15 lb weighted blanket here. Their machines hold up to a 35 lb capacity. The owner John was friendly. He has soap for $1 in case you forget to bring your own. The big washer cost $5.75 in quarters but there is a machine there to convert your cash into quarters. And I spent $2.25 on the dryer. The dryer is .25 cent per 5 minutes and the last .25 cents goes towards a 2 minute cool cycle. All in all, I feel like it was $9 well spent for a difficult to wash item!”
“kim is a queen!!! i had just lost my very sick dog last month, then got sick, and have been struggling with my autoimmune lately, i needed the extra help and kim left sweet notes and did such a great job with my laundry service. she even left my tip money from work that was in my pockets in a ziplock for me ? thanks kim!”

“Before I went, I read all of these negative reviews about rude behavior from staff. I was a bit apprehensive, but wanted to be able to walk to get my laundry done.I had been up all night so I could watch the sunrise, so I walked in there acting like someone who had never even seen a laundromat, and what I experienced was nothing but friendliness and helpfulness.Not to mention, you can walk to a CVS.So about the negative reviews, I'm not sure. Perhaps they match energies with you. Maybe they've listened to your constructive criticism. Maybe they're only nice to people with side ponytails. Give that one a shot.”

“I have been going to this laundramat since 2012. Mike, the owner is very friendly and customer oriented. The women he has hired past and present keep the laundromat spotless! Even on busiest days, Mike always has workers there to clean and assist customers. Anyone with a negative review, went to a different laundromat.”
“I’ve been going to this laundromat location on and off for years. So when they upgraded the washers I was surprised by the settings and selected the wrong cycle. I asked for help to see if I could restart it. The lady was polite, but said can’t change it once started. I thought it was broken how slow the gentle cycle was moving. She returned to reset the machine and restart the wash with some power! That didn’t work but it felt nice that she at-least tried to help. nothing could be restarted.
A few moments latter she found me to say the manager agreed to help me with a free wash. I have to say that impressed me. It’s the small things that keep a customer like me returning. A staff who cares and tries to help in a few different ways is a place I want to continue to support. Thanks!”
“I went to Fluff and Fold on Saturday night, and the experience was honestly great. The person working was extremely professional and super helpful the entire time. They were constantly cleaning, organizing, and checking the machines, keeping the whole place spotless every single minute. My laundry came out fresh, I definitely recommend this location.”

“If I didn't have my own washer and dryer and had to go to a laundromat I have to say F&C would be the one. They have free dryer one day a week. You can also drop off your clothes and they'll wash and dry them for you. It's always clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.”
