“I went in to get some paint for touchup of previous painted walls. Fortunately, I kept the formula from the old can, and they replicated the color for me. However, when I came home and used the paint, it was clear it wasn't a perfect match. Going back and explaining what I found, the staff tried to match the color again, but no luck there. It was close, but not enough for touch up, despite all their efforts. In the end, they refunded my money, which I wasn't expecting. In the end, it was disappointing that we couldn't get the perfect match, but the store really did their best for me. I'll definitely return in the future when I need paint!”

“We came down on a windy day in March and I said I want a giant kite that looks like a dragon. Well we were told to come to the hardware store and we were NOT disappointed! Walked in the front door and right there in front was a bin of all assorted kites and my desperately desired dragon kite. There is a ton of other souvenirs and we browsed for quite some time before hitting the beach and letting the dragon stretch his wings. 10/10.”

“I had the pleasure of stopping in this paint store today. The past two days I have been going to different paint stores attempting to get a color sample. I stopped in here today and I was helped by a wonderful employee named Matthew. Sherwin-Williams gets 5 stars and Matthew also gets 5 stars. The interaction I have with the person I'm buying something from determines whether or not I'm ever going to go back to that store. I will be coming back to this store this will be my paint store from now on. Not only was the store immaculate and well-stocked, Matthew seemed to really like what does, he was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly with a huge smile the entire time. We had a great conversation and he upsold me the most expensive paint in the store, you cannot ask for better employee than that! Thank you Matthew, I highly recommend this store. A++”
