I had a visit this location today send out a package. I reused the box that the item was shipped in. The attendant brought to my attention that there's an update on reusing boxes, and showed me a poster on the wall that showed the right way to send out a used box or the wrong way. I had two small labels that were on the underside of the package that I did not remove. I apologize and said I was not aware of this new policy and asked him if he had a marker he didn't even budge from his little stall to look for something. There was no one else waiting online I was the only customer there. I asked him there's not one marker in this entire building and he stood there with his mask on and mumbled no sorry. I find that very hard to believe that there's no marker or nothing that he could have lent me to cover up those two small labels on the underside of the box. I had to leave with my package Go back home and I return to a different post office. Incredibly poor customer service not willing to help a customer find a solution to a new policy that the office implemented by hanging a poster on a wall.

Terrible. They say they open at 8:30 but I waited there until 8:42 and no one was there. I mean the inside was empty & there were no lights on. ??????????

My poor review is COMPLETELY based on the fact that they only schedule one person to work behind the counter. This is especially awful during the holiday season and a pandemic when mail is more important than ever. I love all of the employees here, they are fantastic but to have to wait over 30 minutes every time and a line in the parking lot is so unfair to both them and us.
