Emily helped me understand my options, talk through the best ring to hold my diamond, and got everything done in that short time. The details are stunning. I needed a small tweak to the size when I returned and they were quick to assist. They want to make sure I'm happy and comfortable. (it's just a tad big, like a. 0001 of a mm). Emily also appraised my ring quickly to ensure we got insurance before our trip.

“Excellent experience! Took in a watch to have a few scratches removed on the buckle that were driving me crazy to look at. Called me not even 24 hours later saying it was ready to be picked up. Watch looks brand new and the price was even less than I had expected it to be. Very friendly and courteous staff, would definitely recommend. Very nice selection of jewelry also.”
