Butlers pharmacy is by far the best pharmacy in the area! The pharmacy staff starting with Brian the head pharmacist to everyone else are magnificent! The store also has everything from Hallmark to gifts to stationary! 5 stars always!!

Staff seemed a bit non-welcoming. Pharmacy was dead empty at 7:30pm, parking lot had zero cars in it. Parking lot also has a stupid design. Prices were high, but store was huge and beautiful

Went in to return a gift. No receipt. Sorry. It was a $26.00 item. I get it, but they wouldn’t accept it not even for store credit. Not even half value. Sorry Butler’s won’t ever shop or buy from you again. Customer service goes a long way.

Long history, great service. You have to visit Butler's to get an idea of who they are. You might find some earings next Halloween decorations, women's products or candy near a leg brace. The store is larger than an average chain pharmacy and has everything. They also have a top notch pharmacy that tends to be very busy. If you believe is supporting local, this is a perfect spot

I have been going here since my family moved to Pt. Boro 26 years ago. The staff exhibit very strong customer service skills. The pharmacists, especially Brian, are very knowledgeable and patient. And the young man who is also a writer and has been there for years is wonderful! What a great attitude! Sorry, I forget your name! :(

I have just recently turned 65 so I have been to my share of pharmacies. I have used the absolute WORST which is CVS always long lines, long hold times and horrible customer service. CVS management does not care about customers if they did they would hire a sufficient amount of employees, next is Walgreens again total incompetence. And so praising Butlers pharmacy is easy, they are amazing! I have never had an issue at Butlers, they are very attentive and all of the staff is amazing and provide remarkable customer service. After going to Butlers I will NEVER go to CVS or walgreens again. Donna provided absolutely great customer service, friendly and professional. Ronnie Keller huge fan

a few months ago i was in deep with my demons. i was using again and worse than ever. one night i ended up by the back door of this place. i sat up agains the brick wall, and began to heat up my spoon when i heard a somber yet sympathetic voice behind me.”you don’t need to do that anymore, my son”. i spun around to see the Pharmacist Brian leaning out of the door , extending his hand. he helped me up and we had a long conversation about my life and the direction i was heading. and the direction i came from. it was truly a life changing talk and i owe my life to Brian. 10/10 guy. 10/10 pharmacy. i’m now 4 months sober and going strong. God bless this place.
