Also $5 timer gives you like 3 minutes, so not enough, $10 run gives is the plenty of time !”

Ryan is a great guy, easy to deal with him , actually the customer service is great from my perspective , always let u know what’s going on. Fair enough price on the labor. Truck was done and ready on time. They have a big line of modifications they can do a car or a truck. “Just picked up a car we are passing down to our daughter for a Christmas gift. Evolution Auto made it look and smell brand new again! Because it is December and the weather isn't great we only paid for an interior detail, but they washed the exterior as well and made the rims look like new again. I'm blown away at the level of service and quality of work. This is going to look amazing with a bow on it on Christmas morning!!”

“When my husband told me that he had a pau hana with his boss and coworkers, I told him that I had no problem being the DD so long as he didn't vomit in the car on the way home. My husband laughed off my request and commented that he hadn't been a "Palu Princess" for the past two years and that the plan was to head home by 9pm. It was then my turn to laugh because knowing my husband, we'd be lucky if we were even home by midnight. By the time Friday rolled around and after awkwardly having to introduce myself as the "ball and chain" crashing my husband's night out, pau hana was in full swing. I can't even recall how many shots and beers/cocktails were ordered by and for the group but my husband was definitely starting to feel the alcohol. It wasn't until we hit our second (and final) bar of the night that I realized it might be time to head home. So one of my husband's coworkers helped me get him into the backseat of our car and as I drove off and checked the clock, it was only a little past 8:30pm. And since the only noise in the car was my husband's snoring, I figured we were in the clear. But as we we were about ten minutes away from home, I heard rustling in the back and as I asked my husband if he was okay, I was greeted with The Exorcist in full vomit glory. And as if the stench and sounds were not enough, the chunks splashing my shoulder closest to the armrest were enough to indicate that a simple Clorox wipe would not suffice. By the time we got home and I took a look at the damage, I realized we were going to need professionals.The next morning, I did a quick search on Yelp and Fine Shine Auto Detailing was one of my first options. I liked the fact that it was close to home and that based on the reviews, FSAD seemed to be the best kept secret in Kailua. So I used the Yelp app. to put in a quote request and waited on a response. Yelp also helped out by putting out the request to several other companies that may be able to help (via their Projects tab--super handy!). Alex W. from Clean Max Auto Detailing and Arvin I. from Detail Lab Hawaii were the first to respond with quotes and other details related to my request but since Alex's first available appointment wasn't until later in the month and Arvin was farther away than I would have liked, I held out hope that Fine Shine would get back to me. And almost like he had read my mind, Whitney had responded to my quote and asked that I give him a call. Whitney is perhaps one of the nicest people I've ever had the chance to interact with. While we were getting the details in over the phone, he was really good about getting info such as what work was needed, the type of car, when we could drop the car off, and billing (which I got a kick out of because Whitney initially thought I was a Uber/Lyft driver and one of my punk passengers vomited in the car and would need to be charged lol). My husband and I were basically able to drop the car off to Whitney within 30 minutes to an hour of our phone consultation and even when we met him in person, he was just as gracious and we had a bit of small talk (Whitney: "So what happened?" Me: "That's the culprit!" Hubs: "Yeah, sorry, I had one too many drinks...") before Whitney gave us a rundown of what he would be doing and told us he would have the car back to us same day. And sure enough, by 9pm, when we went to go pick-up the car, I could not have been more surprised at the work Whitney (and his wife) had done on our car. Since it was dark out, I initially thought that my eyes were playing tricks on me because of how shiny the exterior of our car was, but it wasn't until my husband had asked that Whitney had told us that he had of course taken care of the exterior as well as the interior because we were paying for full service. My husband and I just looked at each other in awe because it wasn't at all what we had expected and if the only thing Whitney could have done for us was to remove the stench, trust me when”

“Frank was incredible to work with! So easy to communicate with and to coordinate with on how he could access our cars when we wouldn’t be onsite at the time of cleaning. Very reliable and timely, and most of all did an AMAZING job on all three of our vehicles. It was great to have this done between the beating the vehicles take in the Winter and the damage kids and snacks can do to an interior. Highly recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer . “I had such a great experience with Joe at Milspray. My ToyotaFJ had rust on the frame. I was dragging my heels afraid of the possible cost. Joe was excellent, reassured me the condition wasn’t as bad as I thought and gave me his honest opinion. He was able to get me in 2 days later. The cost was so reasonable and he did an amazing job. He even delivered my FJ to me at work as I couldn’t pick it up before they closed. He went above and beyond. He now has a yearly customer in me to keep my FJ maintained. I highly recommend Joe.”

Basic oil change as always, Shawn my Mechanic suggested a air filter, he showed me mine and totally agreed it was clogged up, then he came back to talk to me about my cabin filter..as a woman who knew, not me for sure, again he showed me mine and what a new one should look like. I was very taken back when he showed the comparison OMG..mine was totally filthy..I asked him how much $37. 00 installed great do it .
Topped of all my fluids.and a free car wash oh Yea $155.00 for all that.. I can handle that.

“I live only a couple miles away from Herbertsville Car wash and used their services for the first time this morning. Was extremely pleased. From the attendants who greeted me as I pulled in, to the office manager, Anna, up front, everyone had a smile. I paid for the Supreme service, and I got what I paid for! My car was spotless inside and out, and every window and tire glistened.

Definitely my go-to from now on.”

“They do a good job on the outside. I paid $13 for the basic. I would've paid $18 for the silver package but there was no option to have my floormatts cleaned. I have the weather tech matts that need to be sprayed with water not vacuumed. He said they do it inside for $5 per matt. Im not paying $20 to have my 4 matts hit, plus $13 for a wash is $33. Not trying to leave a bad review, just saying this carwash didnt fit my needs. It seemed well run and the price for the basic outside wash was fair.”

“The attendant at this car wash was very courteous, patient and helpful. It was only the 2nd time we used a car wash facility for our new car. The first time, at a different location, was a disaster, as we were unaware with this new car that there is some type of lock on the vehicle that doesn’t allow the car to move on the tracks when in Neutral. The attendant at Drift was knowledgeable and assisted us without getting impatient. The location also had many free self-vacuuming stations.”

“Great car wash friendly attendants AAA+++. I've had no problems with this Car Wash establishment. They do not charge extra when I use my credit card / debit card they just charged me sales tax so if the basic wash is $13 it comes out to $13.86.”

“Wall Car Wash has an automatic wash that is So Cool! You pull in, lights tell you when to stop, and the machine makes it's rounds around the car. No scratching! It doesn't exactly dry the car, but it's great for a nice quick wash with 'no touching.'”

“Came here for the self-serve car wash bays, paid $3 for about 5 minutes of high pressure wash and rinse. Can't beat that deal! There are 6 bays, but the day I visited, 2 were blocked off, and 2 others had problems with their cash acceptors. But the one that I used, which had a working cash acceptor, worked as it should. There are also freestanding coin-op vacuums on site.”

“Always great service from a fast, friendly, efficient crew - some of the nicest and hardest-working people down the Shore! (Special shoutout to Cirillo at check-in, Amy and Jen at check-out😊). We’ve been getting our cars washed at PJ’s and renewing our membership every 6 months since we moved to Wall around 13 years ago and love the convenience of getting our car washed, vacuumed, dried in a great location on Route 35, so close to everything! (e.g. gas station, bank, Rook Coffee, Whole Foods plaza, etc). There aren’t many good car washes in the county - oftentimes they’re expensive and only do a subpar job, using stinky towels, leaving wheels dirty, and bird poop or dead bugs behind on the windshield - but not PJ’s! The hard-working crew at PJ’s pays attention to details and if they missed something, you can speak up and they’ll make it right! Also, most people don’t realize that if you want the floor mats or trunk vacuumed, you can just ask (I always tip a little extra). Note about the negative reviews, they appear to be mostly complaints about lack of “interior cleaning” by people who rarely get their car washed/cleaned (their photos show years of neglect). Remember there are no miracle-workers, you can’t reverse a super dirty interior with YEARS of accumulation with only a quick 10 minute wash & dry! People love to complain, but no one mentions how hard the car wash guys work all year round - whether it’s 90+ degrees with extreme heat warnings or freezing cold temps in the 30’s outside! Honestly, I’m amazed at how anyone can work outside all day (especially during extreme temperatures winter or summer), take pride in their work, and still smile at a stranger who only tips them a few bucks for all their efforts. Highly recommend PJ’s for their high quality of service and friendly, helpful, hard-working staff!😊”

“A lot of these bad reviews are just people with unrealistic expectations. This is a car wash, not a detail shop. You’re not getting a deep-clean, crumb-free interior in 10 minutes. For what they offer, they do a great job every time, and the staff is always friendly. I’ve spent more money at other places for worse service (not even getting mats cleaned). If you understand what you’re paying for, this place is absolutely worth it.”
