“My vehicle came back repaired before expected, purring like a kitten, a small $100 additional problem was discovered but was not fixed pending my approval. Will be prepared within an a hour after I request it be replaced. Every replaced/ broken part and tire neatly stacked and marked for my inspection. All replaced parts/ tires legally disposed of without additional charge to me. Service fees were repaired and seen by myself. I paid the tip in cash from from my pocket directly to the very professional mechanic. All parts were seen by myself .The Large ugly bruise where I broke my arm tissue to assure myself I was indeed awake and not dreaming is healing fast and well. LMAO! I have a new friend and car mechanic. He made a follow up call to me to assure I was satisfied with his work and thank me for me generous gratuity.I, once again, have restored faith in neighborhood business. Do your research and then shop your local Mom and Pop businesses.Great job!!!”
“I brought my car for front brakes after another shop told me I needed them but the price was extremely high. I decided to shop around and came across State Tire & Auto Center and saw their good reviews. They told me my brakes still had about 5,000 miles left on them and didn't need to be replaced right away. I appreciate their honesty and definitely will be back.”

“I am a local business owner. One of my trucks transmission went bad. We knew it was shot. We have never used Tranz, but knew they have been around for a long time growing up in Toms River. So instead of searching for a company that could replace the transmission, go out and get several estimates ect. We called Tranz first because as another local business we recognize if you have been established for a long time that says something right there. We were not disappointed. Brought our 2017 Silverado pick-up in on Monday, Bobby called us on Tuesday and told us what we already knew. We needed a new transmission. When we came in Monday he gave us an estimate of the cost if a new transmissions was needed. He was exactly at the pricing we anticipated and the final price was exactly in his estimate range. There was one thing we did not anticipate with Tranz Connection. Bobby told us on Tuesday after we gave approval that he would get right on it and we would have the truck back by Wednesday or Thursday. He called Wednesday afternoon and said it was finished. We are so thankful to get one of our company vehicles back and keep us rolling with basically zero delay. His shop is clean, meticulous and everything was well communicated throughout the process. I will be using Tranz Connection for my companies fleet going forward for all of our vehicle service and repairs.”

“I honestly can’t say enough good things about this shop. I’m over 40 miles away and I bring my car here to them each time. I bought my Kia forte koup from them in mid February this year. The car has been great since I’ve had it. They put a new engine in it with 104,000 ish miles due to the previous engine seizing. Unfortunately during the summer the vehicle got into an accident and had a faulty starter system to where I towed it a few times (I have AAA luckily). Each time they told me to tow the car over and they will work on it. Since then, it’s been running fine and honestly is such a good car. Prices are also affordable! I love this shop.”

I went to tire craft. They checked my car over and told me I didn’t need brakes. They charged me nothing for their time so when I needed an oil change, I went back. They changed the oil. They were very professional again and I was told I still don’t need brakes come back after the next oil change. I was so impressed with their honesty. I will forever be their customer. Mark at the front desk was so polite. He explained everything to me, and I am so grateful for their honesty and professionalism.”

“I have been bringing my vehicles here since 2013. I have never had a bad experience or felt like I was being up charged. John always goes over the recommended service then lets me know what needs to be done and what can wait if necessary. A few times I’ve shown up with emergencies- flat tire and overheating engine- and they have been quick to diagnose and fix the issue or recommend exactly what I need to do. I do not feel taken advantage of at all when I go there, I know my vehicle is being well cared for and the recommended services are the correct ones for optimal maintenance of my car.
