“My vehicle came back repaired before expected, purring like a kitten, a small $100 additional problem was discovered but was not fixed pending my approval. Will be prepared within an a hour after I request it be replaced. Every replaced/ broken part and tire neatly stacked and marked for my inspection. All replaced parts/ tires legally disposed of without additional charge to me. Service fees were repaired and seen by myself. I paid the tip in cash from from my pocket directly to the very professional mechanic. All parts were seen by myself .The Large ugly bruise where I broke my arm tissue to assure myself I was indeed awake and not dreaming is healing fast and well. LMAO! I have a new friend and car mechanic. He made a follow up call to me to assure I was satisfied with his work and thank me for me generous gratuity.I, once again, have restored faith in neighborhood business. Do your research and then shop your local Mom and Pop businesses.Great job!!!”

“Had a boat trailer tire valve stem crack . Had went to Al’s they were prompt courteous and understanding to my circumstance of my boat and trailer being disabled . Fixed my tire right away . And then when I went to pay they said don’t worry about it it was just a valve stem have a good day ! Now I had just been up the road at another place who treated me like dirt look for their review . They wouldn’t even bother and they were slow doing absolutely nothing ! It’s no wonder “AL’S “ lot is always filled up & busy ! Nice people ! Fair even a small thing like this wasn’t pushed aside like a nuisance it was met openly with results and understanding . This is what good LOCAL BUSINESS is about . These people have my business ! And the nicest workers; Shop was closed and I needed my car before the part came in, one of the workers who was driving out, went out of his way, opened the shop had to find my keys which took some time then he had to move another car for me to drive my car out; All with a smile and curtesy!! A few years back, had an oil leak, another shop fixed it wrong and it still leaked. Brought it to Ventus and he was able to diagnose the issue right away and fixed with ease. Now I only bring to Ventus even if a little further from my house. They fix it right the first time!!”

“So I have waited to see the end result but after 1000 miles I have to say that the quality of workmanship is beyond reproach. I have a Ford Diesel with 250000 miles and had a catastrophic engine failure. I was recommended to Rays from another mechanic in town because they would not touch the job. I sat down with Ray and he outlined my options and costs along with his recommendations, man this guy knows diesels. After discussion, we decided to change the entire engine which was the best return on investment. Once the engine arrived Ray and Hunter worked the issue and got me back on the road. No issues noted and have 1000 miles I am going strong. Hats off to Christine at the front desk for coordinating the whole thing!! It turned out to be a GREAT first experience with this shop, I think I have found the elusive Honest Mechanic! Thanks Ray and Team!!”

Also, their techs do a check while the vehicle is on the lift and report any potential issues. They also have a friendly and polite staff that is always happy to help customers. “I'm a local carpet cleaner in the ocean county area, and I have been since 1974. I have a E-350 Ford van that has a butler system located inside the vehicle. This vehicle in question only had 60000 miles on it when it developed a transmission problem. This is frustrating because to find a good honest transmission dealer of any sort is impossible especially in these times. My brother-in-law who owns a Meineke in brick New Jersey recommended me to go to Tranx Connection in Toms River New Jersey. So right from the beginning when I met the owner whose name is Bobby assured me that he would look into it and figure out what needed to be done to make the vehicle operate correctly. Not only did he keep me informed of everything along the way. He fixed the truck and did what he had to do to reinstall a remanufactured transmission. Everything was done in a couple of days, and it runs and works great. I highly recommend anybody looking for an honest individual to work on your vehicle to go to Tranz Connection in Toms River.”

“I would like to give 10 stars if I could. Matt's shop truly saved my family from being stranded in NJ on Monday night with my family of 5 and mom. We called at 5pm stating what was wrong with my car after finding out there was no oil in it. They stated they would look at it but not guarantee. When we got there they quickly put it in the garage and started working on it. They stayed after closing just to fix it. They are great people got us home and van is running great now.
