I've been coming here for years, 4-5 times a year. I went in this week and 8 out of 12 small machines were broken, out of the 4 remaining machines the attendant was using 1. 3 (?) of the medium sized were also broken. All with very cute notes on them. A washer stopped, I waited 5 minutes, emptied clothes into a basket, started my batch. My cycle was spinning when a man came over complaining I touched his clothes. At least all the dryers were available. WHY ??

kim is a queen!!! i had just lost my very sick dog last month, then got sick, and have been struggling with my autoimmune lately, i needed the extra help and kim left sweet notes and did such a great job with my laundry service. she even left my tip money from work that was in my pockets in a ziplock for me 🥹 thanks kim!

Absolutely a Fantastic Experience!! I had a king size comforter that I had to wash and dry…..And I had so many errands to run in a short period of time… so Kimberly offered to wash, dry and fold it for me for a fee!! It was sooo worth it!!! I got all my errands accomplished and she texted me when my comforter was ready for pick up!!! Kimberly was so pleasant and accommodating!! I Would highly recommend bringing any of your laundry needs to Kimberly!!!

I'm giving 5 stars since new owners took over & emodel it, which looks way better than before. They have the best customer service that greets you every time you come in , their stafe is always willing to help u right away if needed, They're prices are reasonable for the services they offer. It's definitely one of the clearest Laundry companies I ever walked into & that is a big thing for me. I highly recommend everyone come & check out our team.

Get customer service n communication when I drop my clothes off there never any damage and the employees are always polite it’s almost the highlight of my week lol great place highly recommended

The new owners and staff are great! I recently had a roof leak that soaked my guest bedroom. I was stressed out trying to deal with the clean up and repairs, and on top of that... Hours and hours of laundry. Instead, I dropped it off and they handled everything! Thank you for great customer service and making my stressful week much easier.

This is the absolute best laundromat I have ever been in. It is always clean. The employees are beyond helpful. I'm happy with the new owners that took over. They are doing a bang up job on this place compared to the previous owners. A+++
