My older mother visited the store and returned home with over $100 worth of items (charging cable, block, etc) that she was convinced to purchase that came for free in the case with her new devices. I don’t let my parents come here alone anymore.

Corinne W. was very friendly, highly knowledgeable, and very patient. She answered all of my questions and did not make me feel rushed at all. She made buying a new phone a pleasurable experience! Verizon needs more sales people like her. She deserves a promotion and a raise!

Great store, Michael was excellent and was able to upgrade my phone while also decreasing my monthly payment. He was very helpful and friendly, I’ll definitely be going back here for all my future phone needs.

Michael is a phenomenal employee. I have had bad experiences trading in phones in the past however Michael made the process very smooth. He was very knowledgable and communicated to me clearly my options, pricing, what my future bills will reflect etc. He was also very efficient as there were multiple people in the store and he multi-tasked well, addressing multiple people’s questions/ needs at the same time. Highly recommend this store and think Michael deserves a raise!

Worst experience with any retail store in my life. I was literally screamed at by Darcy because they didn’t have a phone I had ordered and paid for and confirmed twice that they had it in stock. He kept saying that I wouldn’t take no for an answer -which was not the case, I was trying to understand what happened.When I asked that he stop yelling at me and speak to me more respectfully like I was speaking to him it escalated further and he continued to scream at me while I tried to ask questions to the other employee Michael.Darcy refused to give me any info for management to report the way he was acting and then ran in the back to call the police ON ME! He was acting so insane that another customer stayed to tell the police he was the one acting irrational.When the police were there Darcy finally decided to call his boss who told police that he didn’t want to give out his info because he would be inundated with complaints and emails. so on top of the extremely aggressive behavior the manager there doesn’t seem to care. Makes sense how Darcy stays employed.I seriously cannot believe what I just experienced.

Michael truly knows customer service and how to help people with any and all phone related services. While the store was very busy he conducted himself extremely professionally and met the needs of everyone in there while multitasking to get everyone on their way as efficiently as possible. I can't thank him enough for his friendly help. I will be making it a point to use this store for any and all Verizon phone needs.
