“I was given the referral to Squan Animal Hospital from a customer at my job. He had really wonderful things to say about them so I decided to give them a call. The consultation was a reasonable price so I figured why not give it one last shot. This was my third opinion for a tumor removal on my 11 year old Frenchie’s back leg and I went in there with the smallest bubble of hope that there would be anything they could do to help me. I met Dr. Moreau (who is so kind and amazing!) and I was thrilled when he told me he would be able to remove a majority of the tumor. He was very thorough with explaining to me that he would not be able to get all of it, but he would do his best. I knew that financially an amputation was not going to be something I could do at this time. My goal was to de-bulk the tumor and get as much time with my buddy as I could. He is otherwise totally healthy so I needed to do something! Dr. Moreau was able to do the surgery at a very reasonable rate. From the first day, we walked into that office we were treated with nothing but kindness and friendliness! The girls at the front desk were all wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. They were great anytime I called or sent a text with questions. When Jack had his procedure done, he was very unhappy coming out of the anesthesia and one of the girls wrapped him in a blanket and put him on her lap until they called me to come pick him up. When she told me he spent some time on her lap I was so appreciative and grateful for the love she gave him. It’s what we all hope happens to our pets when we entrust them to somebody else’s care! All of our aftercare visits were wonderful as well. A couple of these visits were with Dr. Levin and he was just as kind and thorough as Dr. Moreau. Everything was explained to me from beginning to end and all my questions were answered. The entire staff at Squan Animal Hospital is amazing! I have nothing but positive things to say about all of them and my experience there. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a new vet or a very competent surgeon for their pet. My sincere thanks to everyone at Squan Animal Hospital for making my experience stress free and easy! Jack thanks you as well for the impeccable care and all the love you gave him!”

“My go to vet. Very compassionate Dr's. The techs are awesome. I've had them come to my home because I didn't want to stress my dying cat. I was able to lay with her through the terrible procedure. I recommend them highly. ** I found out there's a tech that rehabilitated birds.”

“My dogs got their grooming done by Yellow Roof in March, but I’ve been meaning to make a well deserved review. I left NJ in May and have yet to have had as perfect results as the groomers at Yellow Roof had for my dogs. My dogs were 9 years old at the time, but they came out looking like the fluffiest puppies!! The people at Yellow Roof were also so so kind and sweet throughout the entire process. Best haircuts my dogs have ever had and it grew out so nicely too. I highly recommend!!”

“I have been using Atlantic for years now, and I have always sung their praises on social media and through personal referrals because they are simply wonderful. However, after what happened last week, I am going to shout it from the mountaintops just how extraordinary this team truly is. We experienced a terrifying emergency when my dog ingested a life-threatening amount of xylitol. I rushed him to Atlantic, and right as we walked through the door, he collapsed. The staff didn't hesitate for a second—they jumped right in and went to work to revive him. Because of their lightning-fast, expert actions, they saved him and got him stable enough to be transferred for continued critical care. If they hadn't acted so quickly, my boy wouldn't be here today. The staff at Atlantic always goes above and beyond. They are deeply loving, caring, and treat your pets as if they were their own. There is nowhere else I will ever bring my fur babies—Atlantic is the absolute only place. They are truly amazing.”

“The staff at this veterinary practice is truly wonderful. Dr. Peluso was especially kind and compassionate throughout our experience. Our cat, Tony, was diagnosed with high-grade lymphoma, and although he was acting normal at first, his condition declined very quickly over the course of just two weeks. During that incredibly difficult time, my husband and I had an exceptional experience with the entire veterinary team. They were always there for us, especially during those final two weeks, offering guidance, compassion, and constant support. The care Tony received was nothing short of exceptional. When the time came for him to cross the bridge, we felt surrounded by kindness and understanding. As a hospice nurse myself, compassionate care means everything to me, and I can honestly say the staff went above and beyond. Their empathy, professionalism, and genuine concern for both Tony and our family will never be forgotten. Tony was our very special cat, and we are deeply grateful for the care and exceptional support they provided during such a heartbreaking time. Thank you for everything.”

“We always have a great experience when visiting this office. Front office staff members are very friendly and helpful. Technicians are always gentle and caring when dealing with my pups. Doctors are friendly, thorough, and most importantly, gentle during examinations and they take their time. We are never rushed and can get all of our questions asked and answered with ease. We do not feel like “just another patient”. We feel known and cared for. Also, I can always call when I have a question and I receive an answer promptly. I visit often, having 4 dogs, and we always have a great experience! I like that there are not a bunch of people and dogs in the waiting room. We call when we arrive and they let me know if it’s ok to come in (so you don’t struggle to avoid other dogs if that’s an issue for your pup). Without a bunch of other dogs around makes my pups less anxious and allows them time to calm down before going in for their examinations. Friendly, helpful, compassionate staff; very clean environment, and priced fair for the excellent care they provide. Independently owned practice makes such a huge difference! Highly recommend! Thank you all at SAVA for the wonderful care you have provided to my pups over the years! 🫶🐾”

“I can’t thank the team at Allenwood enough for everything they have done and continue to do for our fur babies! Dr. Murilllo is absolutely the best! We have never had a dog who likes going to the vet, but Blue our Dogo Argentino sees the building and gets so happy to go in! They always make the exams as quick and painless as possible, and do exams without holding him down. They get on the floor with them and make it a game. I can’t thank the staff and Dr. Murillo enough! They are the BEST, and I 1000% recommend them to anyone looking for a vet that truly cares about your fur baby!!”

“I will say the wait time was long. However, top level care and service. Every vet tech and assistant were truly amazing and going above and beyond with their care. Dr. Gates is amazing! Relayed the costs of everything and what was actually needed vs not. Which is a game changer for me. Will recommend coming here for emergencies.”

“We are so thankful for Dr Damien, our cat Munch needed emergency life saving surgery, our regular vet could not perform. Dr Damien, took us in right away, stayed late and had a technician called in , after hours, just for our Munch. The surgery and post operation healing went perfectly. She and her staff are a rare find, a veterinary that actually can perform and not tell you to go somewhere else, she truly is highly skilled, compassionate and cares for our fur babies. Thank you Dr Damien .”

“Been taking my cat here for several years. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. My cat is almost 12 years old and has some GI issues that unfortunately can get worse in a matter of hours with little warning. With that said, I sometimes need her seen ASAP. Last week being one of those incidents.. I was up all night with zero sleep with a sick cat. Next morning I called and they were able to get me a late afternoon appointment. Staff is helpful and Dr DiLorenzo is so kind, gentle and reassuring. Listens and explains everything to you. Grateful to know I have this wonderful place I know I can rely on to keep my baby healthy and alive!”

“I brought in Green-eyes, a stray cat, to get spayed. I just picked her up this morning, and she seems to be healing very well. I like that they made sure to tell me to feed her lightly. The person at the front desk and everyone else who works there are doing a great job and provide a great service for the animals. We appreciate you! 🐈⬛”
