Once again these folks have helped me out again under strange circumstances. It's nice to be able to trust them to help when I'm helpless. I'm sure they'll continue doing a great job. I would've reviewed again on my other account but thought this might be better. A 3.1 rating is just false, this pharmacy is great and has saved me several times already from great suffering or worse. Thankyou to the staff.

(2 different) Pharmacists worked together on different days, multiple days, and helped keep me out of the hospital and likely saved my life after my doctor suddenly retired and had written a confusing script too early. She's helped me navigate it and is getting me what I need to avoid negative consequences on my health. Good staff. Helpful. Im happy here after transitioning from rite. Anyone complaining about the drive thru should not be lazy and walk in. I never wait there. If there's 4-5 cars ahead of you, expect a wait. Too entitlement in this world.
PS I'm making it my business to report any one star reviews that are harassing, inaccurate, illogical, or flat out vague/unhelpful. Too much negativity with little substance to back their claims.

One of the techs is impatient or not sure of what she's doing. Twice now she's intervened while I was dealing with another tech. When I asked her if they did tetanus shots of tDAP, she said no. Turns out, they do! When I went to my appointment for that and the Covid shot, she said my card old and I need my medical not Rx card. I've been using one single card, since January of 2024, dozens of times for medical visits, prescriptions, hospital stays, and surgeries. I've used it to get other vaccines over the years. The policy has remained the same. And I've only ever had one card. Next time, I'll address it with the pharmacist. I've watched this tech interact with other patients/customers and it's been similar attitude. I'm not changing my rating because literally every other person has been helpful patient and kind to me there. But should you meet some resistance from one in particular, it could be wise to ask for another set of eyes politely. Peace and kind regards. Just trying to give an honest and thoughtful review.

Overall, I have to rate this pharmacy location as pretty poor. I was recently switched over to Medicare from Medicaid and had trouble getting my prescriptions filled, which are necessary for my cognitive functioning. The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and they had pretty poor communication with the actual pharmacist, who was only moderately helpful in helping me fix the confusing situation. When all was finally fixed, it turns out the last tech I spoke with entered the wrong information into the computer and that’s why the insurance payment wouldn’t process; the new tech was snippy and short with me for the mistake on their end. Clearly, the pharmacy technicians need lessons in customer service and how to communicate as a team. Walgreens should fire everyone that works here.

I would have given it five stars if some stuff wasn't labeled wrong on the shelf. But four stars definitely for the employees. When you have an OTC card, normally the employees hate it and treat you some type of way. That was not the case today, thank you specifically to Linda for taking the time to help me checkout...
I had to come back and amend my review sadly. First of all, the mail tall skinny manager (assuming his title) follow me around asking me if I needed help with anything when I clearly had a cart full of stuff. And then I asked the girl at the register for at least two bags because that's how much stuff I had she shoved it all into one it ripped before I even took two steps and she said you should have grabbed it from the bottom. I am freaking irate right now! Terrible!

One star for photos, five star for the store.Do NOT go in to do your own photos. The company changed the application and now require you to download all the photos to their system vs working off your phone. That means if you want a photo from last year and have 200 others you have taken since then, you have to download all 200 to get to the one that you need. Foolish.From Summer of 2023:Went in and had to order/print some photos, needed to ask the pharmacist a question and buy some groceries. Photo machine wasn’t working, but a manager saw I had been there for a minute and came over and got me set up and running. Pharmacist answered my question (normal) but my health insurance requires me to go through CVS. CVS however refused to cover the shingles vaccine, Walgreens will cover it. I was looking for some groceries at the end and had another associate come right over to help. All were helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. Good stuff!

Fentanyl is everywhere & naloxone HCI nasal spray saves lives.. This medication cost $45 & the pharmacist only had one box but she told me to look on the shelves in the store cause she is not sure if they have more.. The manager became very truculent with me, saying things like “do not quote me” but …. That’s were I ended the conversation because if I can’t quote you, to me that means you are unsure of the information you were about to tell me.AgainThe manger was very truculent &seems to me she didn’t know the severity of the fentanyl epidemic going on, especially in Ocean County

Can’t say enough about how great the experience was at the pharmacy department. I had multiple questions and Mariam The pharmacist was not only knowledgeable but very patient and helpful. She was able to answer all my questions with great detail. Highly recommend to speak to her if you have any questions.

I have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and have seen the ups and downs. 6 months ago I was ready to jump ship the service and attitudes got so bad. Recently this Pharmacy really cleaned up their act. I am so pleased with the service and very impressed with the staff! They really care and you can tell. Keep up the good work and Thank You!
