There is a reason we are CVS people and this Walgreens embodies all those reasons. Went there today to make a FedEx drop off, otherwise I would never set foot in here. Apparently many agree with me as it was pretty empty. So of course the unkempt and disheveled older man was chitchatting with the young woman behind the counter. I asked if this was a FedEx drop off location even though I had looked online first. She said yes and I said good because I had a heavy box to drop off. All of a sudden the man, who I thought might be a lonely local just chatting up the employee, interrupted to say they wouldn't take heavy boxes. I asked why since they were a drop off location. He said because they couldn't be expected to move a heavy box themselves. I said "FedEx will take care of it." He just said "we won't take it." I don't know who this guy even was - had no name tag or any other indication he worked there. But I'll never go back to this or any other Walgreens if I can possibly avoid it.

This is the second time that they were extremely RUDE to my Wife..They wouldn't fill a script.They said we picked it up from another Pharmacy.We DID NOT ....But guess what we are going to another Pharmacy..Nasty staff

If I could give 0 stars I'd prefer it. Older white male pharmacist was cold & rude to the person ahead of me, then rude & unhelpful to me. It's April 2020 & we're deep in a pandemic and he's not wearing gloves or mask. What the heck, Walgreens?

The staff is not trained and do not do their jobs, lines are long and people do not respond to customers. Neil sucks and so does the pharmacy techs

Maybe have the pharmacist retrained in customer service. 8:12 P.M. I went in and stood nicely by the "wait here sign" I know he saw me but just continued typing away on his computer. I am a retail manager and have trained my employees to ALWAYS acknowledge a customer even when you're busy and can't help them right away. "Hi, I will be with you in just a minute" is all it takes. I walked out and will transfer my rx's elsewhere. I have been going there since they opened and there has been a steady decline in the customer service over time. Most times I let it go because the store is convenient for me and on my daily travel route. In the past they have had some awesome pharmacists and I have never been ignored before. At the end of a 10 hour workday who needs attitude when I'm spending money?
