My company does our business banking here and my family also does our personal banking here. Then, just recently, my wife and I took out a Home Equity Loan here. Over the years, in every single instance, this Valley branch, and especially the personal help from Karen Austin branch manager, has been exceptional! I mean that is every bit of the word: exceptional! Karen and her team in Pompton Lakes consistently goes above and beyond any of my expectations for what banking should be. Karen always takes the time to explain options and help us make the best educated decision for us. This review is long overdo because I have been so happy with banking at Valley for many years, but now I need to let others know that choosing the Valley branch in Pompton Lakes would be a great decision!!!”
