Stay away I hate leaving bad review but I asked Carmen to cut a inch off and she cut all my hair off that took me years to grow babies I have a thyroid condition my hair was to my bottom back and it’s a little longer than my shoulders. I went there for a haircut. The owner is very lovely and pleasant. But this was the worst haircut I got in my life. She continuously chopped off my hair, making it not only much shorter but simply completely different than what I asked her to do (and showed photos too!).I’m not sure what went wrong. I read the reviews before going... I left the place nearly crying. The biggest upset in my life in terms of hair.Service: Hairstyling

I had the worst experience at this salon. I asked for a deep condition and she did not know what a deep condition is. The wash was terrible... she did not shampoo the back of my head and did not scrub my scalp. The wash process including regular conditioner took 4 mins. My hair was still dirty at the end of the wash. I have natural hair and she passed the flat iron over each section 5x. I informed her that she burnt my hair and she seemed to not understand me.

Took one of the kids there. She is such a kind and pleasent woman who did an amazing job on my son's hair!! He loves it!

Had an Appointment with Carmen but she did not show up becasue she got stuck in traffic coming back from the airport. Daugher offered to cut my hair and I agreed to have her do it. I drove over 40 minutes to the salon and didn't think anything would go wrong as all I needed was a trim. Carmens daughter butchered my hair. I should have walked away the minute she didn't show up and didnt have the courtesy of calling me to cancel or reschedule the appointment.
