Customers beware, my son brought his North Face Parker to get cleaned the other day at Drop n Go Cleaners in Pompton Lakes NJ. He went to pick it up a couple days later and this is what he got in returned, photos below. His white North Face Parka damaged and stained. He asked what had happened and (Millie) a worker told him that she did not know and called the owner (Grace Rodriquez) by phone to ask what happened? She relayed the message to my son, that the feathers in coat did this, when it was cleaned. He came home and showed my wife and I what they did. My wife returned to the Cleaners and complained. She told (Millie) worker to have (Grace) the owner call us and explain what happened and left the coat there. We never received a call from anyone and went back the next day to pick up the coat, Millie told us Grace was not around and said there was nothing that could be done. I could not believe how non responsive, Grace the owner was or unapologetic. This coat runs about $500 and it is completely damaged. My son went to this cleaners because of the reviews. I support local small businesses but this cleaner is the worst. Please do not do business with this business owner. She is not a professional and does not own up to her wrong doings.

Brought in a $100 shirt to be dry cleaned along with other shirts n pants .. when I picked up my clothes the $100 was ripped in 4 places by the armpit .. owner took no responsibility, I would have been more understanding n ok with it but he outright denied it and didn’t even offer me a small discount on the other things … I didn’t yell or anything.. I understand accidents happen , then he told me if I don’t believe him to not come back and I won’t and will tell others about him .. you lost a good customerService: Clothes pressing

The owner is a very nice. He has been tailoring & cleaning various formal dresses, suits, and clothes, for my family for years. He always does a great job!

If I could give this guy zero stars I would. The owner is so incredibly rude. I've been going there for years and I'm finally done with his attitude. I brought in dry cleaning today and actually walked out. Never EVER EVER AGAIN.

I recently tried out VIP cleaners for my suite and they were courteous and prompt. They delivered the suite dry cleaned at great pricing and on time. I will continue to use them.

Great dry cleaning and alterations. For alterations they have done men's shirts, pants, and curtains for me. Pricing and service is great. Will probably use their other services in the future.

Fraud On Charges. The manager ran my bill on my card 3 times. Due to the chip the machine stated a failure. After checking my statement I saw that they did in fact collect my charge 3 times. The manager refused a refund for money wrongly collected. I had to have a bank contact them for refusal to return the money wrongfully collected. I was shocked at his disdain to resolve an issue he caused despite my polite demeanor. Petty theft.

I would give 0 if it was a possibility. They ruined the fur on a expensive coat and refuse to pay for the damage! Horrible customer service. He blames on the manufacturer, saying the instructions were incorrect, but I have sent this coat for them to wash many times before and never had a problem.
