“My wife and I recently ordered our baby nursery furniture (mattress, crib, dresser, chest) from the Fairfield Raymour & Flanigan location, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Henry. Hands down, one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with… genuine, courteous, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about everything we were looking at.
From the moment we walked in, Henry made the entire process effortless. We were waiting on two specific crib pieces to come back in stock, and instead of us having to constantly check or follow up, Henry handled everything for us. He kept track of the updates, reached out the moment the pieces arrived, and immediately let us know when delivery could be scheduled. We didn’t even have to wait two weeks; everything was quick, smooth, and stress-free.
Delivery itself was seamless. I loved that there was a tracker, the team gave us an ETA, and they showed up exactly as promised. They were super clean, extremely thorough, and very respectful throughout the entire process. The furniture looks amazing in the nursery and is excellent quality!
Working with Henry was truly a pleasure. He’s a stand-up guy who genuinely goes out of his way to make sure his customers are happy and don’t have to worry about a thing. He took care of every detail so we could focus on preparing for our baby without the stress of coordinating or chasing down updates.
If you’re planning to buy furniture, especially something important like nursery pieces, go to the Fairfield location and ask for Henry. He made this the best experience I’ve had with Raymour & Flanigan.

“My husband and I decided to invest in a Sleep Number bed and went to the Totowa store today (Sunday) instead of waiting for the Garden State location to open on Monday.
I’m incredibly glad we went here after being taken care of by Adam Sharpe the Store Manager.
His recommendations after listening to what we’re seeking [without upselling] allowed us to feel our different sleep styles can be met using the ideal combination of bed and frame. Our 4 year old daughter joined us and the store team is patient and accommodating.
Adam was also tending to incoming and returning customers, at this busy Labor Day weekend time, whilst assisting store teammates. Thanks for what you do, Adam! Wish we started with Sleep Number sooner but excited for our new bed!”
“Sangita and her team are amazing! They are so understanding and will address your every need — it’s more than dusting and mopping floors…they pay attention to every detail, nook, and cranny. They don’t need to advertise. Their work speaks for itself. We’ve tried several different services but will never call another. They do an initial deep clean by the hour and then it is a set cost for monthly maintenance (or whatever you need) — 10/10 would highly recommend”

“Not nearly as much "hobby" as it used to be. More of a mashup of Home Goods and Michael's, anymore. Not necessarily a bad thing as we've bought a lot of nice things for the holidays and the occasional crafty items. I suppose they've adapted to the changing times in that hobby stores are shrinking and disappearing as the years go by, which is unfortunate. Wish they were open on Sundays! That's one way they (and Chick-fil-A) could definitely adopt for changing times.”

“What a positive experience Penny and her husband provided. I had no real idea of what I wanted and a photo that wasn't even very good quality, but it had sentimental value. Trying to decide what frame style, what borders, colors, etc, I was lost and really unsure. Penny said, "Don't worry, I'm sure you're going to know immediately what you want when you see it." I thought she was being nice and knew she wanted to reassure me. What happened a few minutes later was very unexpected (to me). After proposing a few different options, I looked at one and said, "That's it!. It's beautiful." It was just like she predicted! Two-tone border, beautiful black frame with gold overlay. And even the photo looks awesome. It's a centerpiece of our dining area. And, they completed it prior to Christmas just like I requested. I have two other items to frame and can't wait to see what Penny cooks up for them.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Margie and Megan at White House Design Resource for over 5 years now. They are the most helpful, kind, and informative people. As someone who works alone, they are always willing to offer me a second opinion when asked or chime in when I just need a little validation. They are in constant communication with all of the manufacturers that I use and it is such a help. Knowing that they are there supporting me during the ordering and tracking phases of design is very reassuring. I am confident that there will be few, if any bumps along the way because of them and if there is one, they are on top of handling it.
The receiving, scheduling and delivery teams are absolutely amazing as well. They are efficient and professional. They are punctual and friendly and my clients value them as much as I do.
I love working at the design center because it has everything I need at my fingertips. I don't need to clutter my office uneccesarily with samples I might not need, etc. Being able to see and sit on so many furniture pieces while sourcing for my clients is also a huge help!
Overall, I HIGHLY recommend working with the Design Resource, you won't regret it.”
“Cose Belle does really a fine selection of products that impress all who catch glimpse of them. My favorite, their candles, a bit pricy but totally worth it. Comes in a tin can (recyclable), and is made with only all natural derived soy wax which is renewable. The fragrance of these candles with spark your senses with happiness! Don't forget to stop by and enjoy yourself while walking through the store and being impressed by their products.”

“Derbyshire's provides the kind of customer service that everyone complains you just can't get anymore. Why this store isn't packed on a daily basis is honestly beyond me! I went there about a half hour before closing and the owner, who has been in the store every time I go there, was kind enough to chat with me about furniture without ever rushing me. I went back again about half hour before closing a week later on a Friday with my husband to show him what I liked. Again, the owner and his employees were patient and kind and never rushed us. We stayed long past closing to purchase furniture and just chat with the owner who chatted with us happily about furniture and his other passion. The furniture was delivered today, and the delivery men were true pros! They were able to move large furniture around a tricky, tight area with ease. Honestly, we had narrowed down our choices to Derbyshire's and Pottery Barn, but Derbyshire's prices and quality (real wood) far surpassed what we could get at Pottery Barn. I also try to buy American-made products when possible and Derbyshire's furniture was made in the US. It was not our first time at Derbyshire's and it won't be our last! They have lots of books from which you can order if you don't see what you want. Buy furniture there. You won't be disappointed!”
“The service at Garden Cottage is exceptional. We have purchased items over the years. Our new Outdoor Umbrella unfortunately did not function when we went to set it up at home. A quick call, confirmed there was another available and the staff verified we "had a lemon" and the replacement functioned properly when we returned. We could not be more satisfied, an excellent quality product with Sunbrella fabric and service to match.”
