I was a walk-in today for routine bloodwork. The office was busy but the staff was working smoothly and the wait time was minimal. Danielle checked me in and she was super nice given the amount of people needing to be seen. Everyone shows grace under pressure and performs their tasks efficiently. This is my go-to Labcorp.

I brought my 2 year old here for routine work and the supervisor at Check in was great, as well as the technician in working with pediatrics. Always makes the process easier as a busy mom when they provide good care for your baby.

The woman at front desk is excellent. Very efficient and on top of getting people in and out. The techs are professional friendly and thorough. Never a bad experience and done in a timely manner. Always my go to for blood work

I went to the Pompton lakes location, such a well-oiled machine! I think the entire process took 10 minutes! Ann was my technician, she is amazing! Just a little pinch and it was done! Her personality is so sweet and she made me feel so comfortable! The ladies in the front were awesome too. Thank you everyone for a simple experience!

These reviews had me so nervous to go to this location, even though it's only 2 minutes from me. But I was glad I did. Very efficient office, and the 2 ladies I dealt with- the 1 who took my info, and the 1 who handled my bloodwork- were both very pleasant and professional. I think from walking in to leaving was about 10 minutes total.

Avoid this place. Came in to leave a urine specimen (less than 2 min). They lost my first sample and then I waited 90 minutes while attempting to replace the sample they lost before leaving. Drove to quest diagnostics in butler (5 min away) and walked in with 0 problems. Go to quest, save the headache

Went to labcorp for routine bloodwork before a surgery. The tech stuck me 3 times leaving a large bruise on one arm. Two days later we were going to NYC for dinner and a show and I get a call from my doc saying that labcorp forgot to do half of the tests prescribed! Since the surgery was two days away I had to turn the car around from NYC and go to my docs and have more blood drawn! We missed the show and lost $100.00 in tickets.

There is one woman at the front desk who’s almost always there and seems to be the only one who knows what she’s doing. She was out when I visited today and the women covering for her at the front desk, both could not speak English. On top of that, they called me in 20 minutes after my appointment time and they took walk-ins before me. It was super frustrating that it seems like only one person there knows how to do their job and if she’s out, its a mess.

Went today around 10 am; it was empty and was taken right away. I always ask for the same person - Danielle - because in my experience, she is the absolute BEST. Always gets my difficult vein right away, no pain, no bruising, blood pooling in my arm - yes that's happened before - was not nice. I'm happy to go now and she's always there.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at Labcorp, especially with my 1-year-old child. Before even administering the injection, the nurse handling the blood draw twisted my child's arm in such a way that they started crying from the pain. Then, when she attempted to collect the blood, she managed to get a little bit but dropped the vial on the floor, and told me she couldn’t use it anymore. She tried again, but this time, nothing came out. She then insisted on needing to use the other arm.
I asked for someone else to assist, and the next person was even worse. They poked the needle repeatedly into my child's tiny arm but still couldn't get any blood. They told me that I would need to come back again.
I will never return to this location. I highly advise against bringing children here – it only causes them unnecessary suffering. The lack of professionalism and care was unacceptable.

So I’m super afraid of needles and originally reading the reviews I wasn’t sure but I figured let me make my own observation and I have to say it was great! The women were all nice and I have no complaints thank you!

Everytime I come here staff is Friendly the only thing that bothers me is so crowded like omg and A little wait but so far I like this place thank you God bless ...Me and my mom we get treated very well ...
