On my way home, I hit a huge speed bump that broke the under plastic coverage of my car. I decided to stop at any nearest mechanic to get it checked out because it was dragging. They told me they “fixed” the issue but unfortunately once I drove off, it felt like whatever they did made it worse. My car started making noises and the piece was still dragging.
So I looked up another mechanic shop and it took me to Engine & Trans Masters Llc where I met Luis. He helped me out, explained what was going on & resolved the issue quick and easy. I left with no complaints. Definitely recommend coming here!

I drove from Toronto Canada to take my kid to University. Just as we were leave to return home my car died. It was a Saturday and I was desperate as the drive back is about 9-10 hours (with stops). CAA and AAA were of no help and the best they could do was tow me to the closest place that I could find open on a weekend.
Luis was a GOD sent for me that day. I literally had a meltdown in his office. Within less than 2 hours, he called me to say that he fixed the issue and my vehicle was running fine again. He even drove it back to the hotel (where me and my other kids were camped out as we had already checked out).
Luis was very professional and understanding. His prices are also very reasonable. As female that was alone, I was concerned about being overcharged, however, I asked around and consulted my family back home and everyone agreed that the fee was more than fair.
I truly cannot say enough good things about the service that I received. They are honest and reliable and will do what it takes to make sure that you receive the top quality service.

I was having timing chain issues on my truck, and my first few attempts in trying to get it fixed I was turned away from multiple shops. One shop told me to do it myself even, and I knew that I was just looking in the wrong places. I found Luis and his shop on instagram and took the truck over to him. He quickly diagnosed the issue and he and his crew took care of it as well as went the extra mile to reseal all the gaskets that were leaking oil. I can’t express how happy I am to have my truck back in working order, and if you find yourself in a situation similar to mine, please don’t hesitate and give Luis a call. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly guy, I will be back for any future repairs. Thank you again

Awesome service by Luis! My sunroof motors were not working and he managed to make an appt with a dealer to have it fixed at a discounted rate. Not only that, he noticed my brakes needed replacement (something that was overlooked by my other mechanic upon multiple vehicle inspections) and replaced them. Overall, incredibly fair pricing and the best service. Thank you!!

This review is long overdue. First and foremost my experience alone including customer service is 100 out of 10. I had the best experience ever dealing with this shop in terms of communication and letting me know exactly what’s wrong with my car and what would be the best way to fix it. My car was in a bad accident and wouldn’t start. I took it to a mechanic who basically left it outside in the rain with no windows at the time and called me back a week later to tell me to junk the car, it’s not worth fixing. I contacted Engine & Trans Masters as a last resort, spoke to Luis and he told me to bring it over after sending him pictures. He checked the engine to reassure me that it was not in fact locked like the other mechanic said and that they will be able to fix it. They immediately started working on my car that same night I towed it there, and by the next day I received pictures of my engine taken out with updates. Not only did they rebuild my engine/ got my car started but they also got in touch with a window company who went to their shop to fix my windows and also got quotes for me from auto body shops to do the body work. And the icing on the cake was Luis himself driving my car to my house since I had no way of picking up the car!!!! The team at Engine & Trans Masters are truly experts at their craft, they are very trustworthy, they care about their customers and I would recommend them without hesitation! Thank you so much for fixing my Lexus is250 and I will be reaching out to you guys whenever I need anything done to my car!

The v.i.p. treatment from the m.v.p. Luis is no rookie! He picked out my transmission, my car was picked up at my house, and he's a good guy working till after midnight to tighten the last screws and hand me over my car. It's been a good 6 months no issues. I'm definitely coming back for future engine and transmission swaps!

Engine&trans masters I highly recommend you guys to go to this auto shop if you ever need any type of work on your car . They truly know what it mean to look out for their people. I will be coming back to them for now on. Shout out to Luis for going above and beyond with helping me he is a true definition of what a mechanic should be .

If you need an engine rebuilt or you need a repair that other people can’t do this is your place Louis is the owner the man knows his stuff really easy going honest guy his work is second to none I highly recommend him he does the work other mechanics can’t give him a try you won’t regret it
