“It's very rare to find a company that still stands by its products and values customers so highly. I bought some supplies from Binding101, including a hole punch. To save on shipping, I had it delivered to a US address and therefore didn't receive my items for another two months - well out of the return period. Whilst the other items I ordered were of great quality, I was unhappy with the hole punch's design, so I contacted both the manufacturer and Binding101 to give my feedback. The manufacturer didn't care, but Binding101 intervened to negotiate with the manufacturer. Binding101 rescued the relationship and came to a more-than-satisfactory arrangement. In doing so, they secured my business and loyalty. Daisy at Binding101 is a joy to deal with. She is polite, friendly and determined to help. With her I felt like I was talking to the owner who took customer satisfaction seriously. I am very grateful for her assistance.”

“They provide phenomenal customer service!! ? I bought an oversized Herman Miller chair a couple months back (I forgot to check the size), and they let me exchange it for a better size. The chairs may be used, but many of their chairs still have good quality and functionality. I recommend going here when you need a high-quality office chair on a budget.”
