Horrible company. Cannot access results left 3 messages. It's Friday before Mothers day. Do you think it's a little stressful.FOLLOW-UP: TODAY IS TUESDAY THE 10TH OF MAY 2022 - COMPANY HAS YET TO ANSWER ANY CALL'S (6 TO DATE) ON HOW TO ACCESS RESULTS OF THE "PCR - COVID" TEST. FOUND ANOTHER PHARMACY TO HELP & NOTIFIED THE CURRENT PHARMACY OF THIS LABS HELP.

Zero stars. They clearly entered my name or date of birth incorrectly in their system and so I can’t access results. No one answers the phone and you can’t leave a message. Absolutely terrible.

Unfortunately, No one EVER answers the phone or response to their contact portal. Possibly my name and/or date of birth was was entered incorrectly thus unable to access results. It’s been more than a week, and I have not been contacted back.

I bet you they lost my PCR test. It’s been 6 days now. This is ridiculous. I see other comments of very few others receiving in the day after I have no idea how during the same time as others who are still waiting. Make it make sense!

Took a test Wednesday around 10:30, got it Thursday at 2! Super quick and pain free, results easy to access.

Been 5 days now.Still waiting for a COVID test resultNo one answers the phone and no one responds to their web page contact form requests.If you're using a pharmacy that uses this company find a different pharmacy.

Also got a test from them over a week ago. No results and no one answering the phone. Incredibly irresponsible and unreliable.

wish I could give a zero. I've been calling nonstop to get my results. My results are said to be ready but due their own technical issues I can't see what my result is. They do not answer their phone and leave no room to leave messages. Just all around awful service

I had to go abroad last second and needed a RT PCR within 12 hours. Helen kept me up to date with the test and got me my results well before my flight depart time. Very friendly and professional staff.
