  more than 20 minutes to try to do a transaction. I've done the same transaction at the Pompton Plains branch in 10 minutes, 15 max. I had to go to an event, that I needed money for, but TD took so long I missed it. They weren't even done with my transaction, so I had to cancel the whole thing. Total waste of time.

  I wish I can give this 0. So much for customer service. Very rude on the phone and CONDESCENDING!!! I call to get some help and made me feel stupid, but gave me the wrong information and I am right to begin with it!

  TD BANK IS LITERALLY THE WORST BANK EVER. Customer service - ZERO. ONE THING THEY ARE GREAT AT…..HOLDING ONTO YOUR MONEY AND NOT LETTING YOU ACCESS IT.
