Level 1 Games is a local store offering retro games, consoles, accessories, Pokemon, Magic: the Gathering and more all under one roof. It is located at 615 Route 23 Pompton Plains, 5 minutes off I 287 and is conveniently open every day of the week. The store features a huge variety of classic games and a robust collection of trading card singles and packs. The staff is super friendly, professional, and personal, providing an outstanding level of customer service. They have fostered a friendly, welcoming, and truly fun and kind community, especially for its growing Trading Card community with events like Magic the Gathering Commander nights. It is described as a great small local games store and a comfort place where you can come hang out, with a great amount of inventory and all the best accessories to choose from.
Cool local game shop. Didn't make any purchase but seems like a nice car shop (they sell some video games too). Seem to host a MTG night as well. Not sure if they sell at MSRP but, if they do, then it'll stay at 5 stars!

Went here to try and find a power cord for a very old Gameboy. The guy dug through the whole store and finally found one that was the stores and used. He just gave it to me for no charge. Very cool and much appreciated. Will definitely recommend and go back.
