“I had a great experience with Penske all together. This location (as well as the one I used in Roswell, NM) were incredible to our very difficult cross country move. I spoke with Mike at this location, and he was just incredible. We had forgotten to return our moving blankets (that we didn’t end up using bc they were yucky from another location) and I called and asked if they still wanted them returned. Mike was so kind to ensure I not worry with returning them and he credited us back $200! Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company. Great people!”
“Convenient location, friendly staff and rental cost half of an airport car rental. No hardcore sales pressure for extras. We were given a brand new Rave-4 as our rental. The train station is a 5 minute walk away. Take the train from the airport, get you car and off you go. Do the same when you return your rental. Just take note of their business hours when planning your trip.”
“They had cars available when no one else did between Christmas and New Years. Service was prompt and friendly. The building is not well marked and I overshot it the first time. Access Was tricky until I listened to my Google Navigator.”
