Everyone at this store is super helpful. Today Vinny helped us upgrade our phones. We had two kids with us. He couldn’t be more patient with answering all of our family members questions. He also looked into ways to save on our monthly bill, which was a huge bonus.

I at first thought this was a great experience..until I was charged an astronomical amount in store that was no where to be found on my Verizon account. So I was then charged again even more money with my Verizon account when my bill came. So now it's in the hands of Verizons fraud department. I could have taken a trip to Aruba for what I was charged!!

The African American gentleman with the shxtty beard, earrings and baldy should learn some manners. So obvious he doesn't wanna be there, and that's fine. But I don't care for it, treat the customers better. Watch that attitude.

Please go else where! This store has had many issues with customers and I am one of them. Bait and switch and dishonest business practices! Run don’t walk! I got scammed!!!!They refused to help us with the loss of our phones! We traded iPhones and they wrote them up as Samsungs and Googles! Our iPhones are gone!!! Never again!

Guy told me I was getting a free watch with my phone upgrade, and my bill will only change by 4 dollars, I was paying 177 before, first 2 bills come in at 310, then 220, I was told to wait after 2 months I would be credited on my bill, now my bill is still 220, and no credits, I'm paying 21 dollars a month for a "free" watch and 20 dollars for sharing, I am now told it can't be returned because it's over 30 days, after I was told to wait 2 months,i guess this is how they get thier commissions. Guy also didn't know how to transfer my data, I had to come back next day. Avoid this store at all cost, oh yeah, and while he was helping me he stops and helps someone else who just walked in and bypassed 2 others who were waiting already.

I purchased a new Apple watch, and I was told it’s going to be 5$ a month, and a 150$ discount, but then ended up paying 88$ for setting it up and guess what, the new bill went up for another 100$ (the person said its only going to be 35$) for other activation fees and they set up a protection plan without even asking if I am interested or not. Avoid Verizon in general, especially this store!Update: It’s been one week since I replied to the email on the comment below, no response yet, so this is how much Customer - service oriented they are. Definitely avoid this spot!

My Sim went bad. They said they are privately owed and would charge $20 for a new Sim card and a connection to their network -$35. Note- nothing is wrong with my phone. it's a sim card issue. They are trying to upgrade me for $1000 to a new phone.
