Easy returns for excess cable boxes, etc. There was no line and two customer service reps available to take care of walk in business when I was there.

Excellent experience. Lenny helped my mother and I pick out the phone we were looking to get. Not only that, he brought to our attention the xfinity rewards as well. Very helpful guy overall, he made the process a quick and easy experience.
