There are a few stations in the area,I usually hit the one across the road because it's more convenient and less crowded. However today I wanted to see if I could grab some lottery tickets while I got gas, much like another reviewer said the guy at the pump is pretty bossy about where to park. I didn't want to pull forward because then my front end might be blocking the flow in the small lot. So I quickly ran inside to grab a ticket, luckily there were 2 clerks because some customer had the one clerk engaged in a story. Anyway I was able to get in and out of the whole deal pretty swiftly.

Ego ahead of customer service. John, a cashier at this location, chooses to allow his ego ahead of providing adaqet customer service. Perhaps he forgot what it is to provide a good customer serviceexperience.Over a single ripped 1$ bill, that was taped together and all there. He wouldn't accept though this wasn't a policy. He showed me that they have clearly accepted them in the past, as he pointed to other bills accepted in worse condition than my own, in hes till. Banks will accept it and it wouldn't have been too much trouble for him to accept and turn into the bank for full value.I am an avid customer and frequent the location for the past 3 years as it provides both my vehicles with gas. I stop in at least three times a week to fill up, pick up snacks or get reeses buttercups for my children. The regular staff can attece to my presence.I am appalled by John's adamance to not extend me the curticies to good customer, above his will not to do so. I will no longer no longer be getting my gas or any items from this location until I receive an appropriate explanation.I provided a picture of the bill in question, perhaps someone can help me reconcile my dilemma.

The worst customer service ever. It seems like there’s a few reviews about how rude these employees are and there’s nothing being done about this! I went there today and George was extremely rude. I went to purchased lottery and he had a problem that I was filling out my ticket on the counter by the register which is where they placed the tickets and pencils and told me to go over by the coffee machines, because I asked for a napkin because the counter was wet with the bluntville sprays that they didn’t clean up. Then he puts my ticket through the machine and it played 4 games when I played 3 games, I asked him why it played extra numbers and he kept saying it’s $8 do I want it or not. Then he had the nerves to tell me next time to play quick pick, like who says that to a paying customer? that’s my choice on weather I want to choose my own numbers or not, then he continues to talk about where I choose to fill out my ticket. I asked for a manager and he’s like there’s a lot of managers so I asked for his manager and he was standing right there the whole time and said nothing then came over like like what happened? And George started laughing and said nothing happened but I explained what happened which I don’t understand how he didn’t hear anything when he was standing right there and then starts apologizing for George’s behavior.This is the worst place to go, if George continues to be employed there I will never return. He was very rude and not helpful.

I am not entirely sure why the clerks here are so rude. and possibly allowed to be rude. It is not acceptable., nor appropriate. I have seen it numerous times. I've dealt with the public for work, most if my whole life. Never would I would want to be as rude or Inappropriate as most of them are here.We all, at one point or another feeling our lives our crummy, or maybe someone took their stuff out on us. But this is no reason to take anything out on a customer in a place of business. What this is. a reason to seek individual therapy.

i had very bad experience in beging but after all i noticed huge improvement so i have to come back and edit my review totally improved the girl been over nice I even donot her name she great my child give him candy I am really surprised but that the way I customer service is thank you 7/11 ❤️♥️???

Came here for a bite to eat July 24th at 7pm. He asked if it was possible to have pizza or cheesy bred. He said there is nothing. Too lazy to cook. I'm so sad.

Admittedly, I've never been a fan of 7-Eleven as I've always considered the founding father of the c-store concept to be a long in the tooth anachronism in the face of modern competitors such as WaWa and Quick Chek. Well, as my family will tell you, they love it when I'm wrong and the 7-11 in Princeton Junction is as clean and modern as any convenience outlet in central Jersey. Bright and spacious I might even consider eating something that originated here (when no one is looking of course.) Let's not go crazy, I'll start with coffee and gasoline and work my way up. The coffee in particular is a terrific eye opener as you watch with incredulity as the attendants raise the price of gas every ten minutes... but that's happening everywhere. To me 7-Eleven has always been snake eyes. Well, their location in Princeton Junction has made a liar of me and my family couldn't be more pleased. Five easy stars.

thursday dec. 30th 2021. store employee is very rude and disrespectful towards me and other customers AND employees. last night (dec 29th, 2021) she argued with me about not having a mask on as she smoked her cigarette. mind you i live a minute away and go to this 7-eleven more than once a day (redbulls are superior) and was never told anything about the mask after the law was no longer enforced statewide. today (dec 30th) my friend goes in without a mask to buy me a red bull as i stay in the car, she doesn’t say anything about the mask but speaks in a very rude manner. she is very aggressive and has no respect for her customers. unfortunately, i don’t know her name which is why i stated when her shift is. (she is the only one inside).my beloved 7-eleven, don’t let me down please.EDIT- now january 18th, 2022, after going through the process 7/11 stated in their reply, i haven’t yet received a single email addressing any of my problems or any updates on any of my claims.7-eleven… do better.

It is very bad experience from dark skin girl said to me you got your stuff get out I don't understand why she has very bad attitude it was black male very nice but the girl is very bad some oneagain and same should send her home today I went again and same girl start argument with me saying I like ur review get out of my store I was shocked since when customer treated like this very bad discrimination is a fact in this store I am thinking to get a law firm suit involves in this if the store manger don't solve this problem coz I never say bad wards and am a customer respects every one

I used to visit often to play my pick it numbers, I stopped due the incompetence of the staff. I took a chance last nite only because no other store was available. I played my tickets and the old tickets were given to me but the new tickets mysteriously disappeared. I asked to see video footage and some blackly (Mgr..i guess) said that the clerk gave the tickets to me. I returned the next day a spoke to Dan (Day Manager who was rude and said he wouldnt allow me to review footage. So add theft to the list of complaints. I will never set foot in there again.
