“The shopping and delivery experience were good, but they could be improved. The website did not have a box for special instructions, so I had to email the shop for that. The flowers were fresh, but the combination of colors was not so great. Extra large bear was actually a medium sized one so it would be nice if they can add the dimensions. Overall, the experience was good and smooth.”
