“Palmer square is one of my favorite places in America. You can grab a cold drink in the summer or a hot drink in the winter and have an interesting conversation on just about any topic with the amazing people that stop here. My latest visit I picked up some chocolates from the Lindt right down the hill and enjoyed a couple with my granddaughter following my son's graduation ceremony in the stadium. What a great way to end that long of a day!”
“This mall is a blend of fine dine restaurants/theatre and retail shops. If you are a book lover then a visit to barnes & Nobles is a must. It's also close to some residential hotels and Princeton is at a very close proximity. We love coming here.”
“Great place to see amazing artwork. Spend an hour or spend the day getting to know the artists and their artwork. Need something for your walls or maybe something cool to display on a stand? Stop in for great new ideas.”
“Pei Wei Is where we went. The barbeque was falling off the bone because it was so tender. The chicken, fries, and the rib cheese steak was so delicious. I will be back when in the area. I definitely recommend this place. This was my first time here too. The customer service was also great. Thanks guys”
“This outdoor mall located about 2 miles from Princeton University has been getting a significant facelift of the inside courtyard encompassing the entire oval with a wide walkway to the shops. Outdoor seating abounds for relaxation, community activities or outdoor dining.
I was here for a facial at Metropolis, my favorite spa/salon. The services offered are second to none, and with professionals like Tu-Yuen doing my facial, I am always pampered and highly satisfied.
The mall also features a women’s boutique, casual clothing shops, great bagel shop, pizzeria, delis, a pet store and so much more.
Parking is free and located on the outside perimeter all the way around.
Plan to spend at least a few hours with friends or family having a bite to eat or maybe some retail therapy. It’s a hidden gem you won’t regret finding!”

Samudhra stands out as a premium Indian restaurant with awesome flavors and top-notch service—the vibe is modern but still super welcoming, making it an excellent pick for both family dinners and chill nights out.
Right nearby, you’ve got plenty of other solid options if you’re feeling adventurous.

“Good stores. Nice break from the giant food chains, affordable shopping, and have an amazing thrift store. I found precious moments collectible for 10 bucks worth over 500 bucks. Definitely worth taking a look at”
“Love the dutch market here. Always get such good meats and produce. Their pre cooked food is also really good. And dont forget about the pretzels, they are so good! I try and come every couple of weeks. I switch between this dutch market and the one in flemington depending on where im going that day. Love them both”
“I wasn't actually at Capital plaza I was at the Trenton Farmers market and Halo farms unless they are including them with the plaza. Halo farms is a childhood favorite and whenever I stop in there it brings back memories when I make purchases and the transformers market has great selection to choose from fresh items especially the Amish stands.”

“I was so happy when I walked into this mall! The mall actually had stores open and food court that was functioning unlike 2 other malls local to me. I felt like I went back to pre covid and it was an amazing feeling--open stores, people shopping, restaurants open. They had a lush, sephora, Macy's, bath and body works and a Korean skin care store! It was so nice to be in a mall that is not failing....”

“This shopping center is one of my favorite they do have a lot of stool and lot of of good people in this store, I love it and you will be glad to visit the store”
“Medium sized shopping Center with a supermarket, medical facilities, a movie theater, and casual restaurants including a TGI Fridays that's in a free standing building plus some good, smaller restaurants including a Thai place and a Jersey Mike's . The Shop Rite supermarket has questionable produce, managers who need to he educated on how to run a supermarket, a good pharmacy, a Dunklín Donuts, and a Bank of America,as well as hot Chinese food, a sushi bar, a salad and sandwich bars and hot American food. Also, a fish market, a Kosher counter and Kosher aisle. The shopping plaza also has a very large parking lot. The Shop Rite managers apparently have little to do so they change the location of most items every 6 months and have relatively small shopping carts meaning a large bundle of paper towels and another of toilet tissue will the fill the cart up. For Labor Day they sold me a watermelon ? that farted when I cut in open. The escaping gas was sickening. The juice that came out required w rolls of paper towels to clean up along with a steam mop and 2 hours time. I've been shopping at Jersey supermarkets for 58 years, and if it weren't for the competent customer service and cashier staff, I'd avoid this Shop Rite supermarket altogether.”
“Many stores and restaurants with a nice courtyard area to lounge in or eat outside at. There is an interior courtyard between the stores for easy accessibility to any stores in the shopping center. The main store would be the Mccaffreys. Parking lot and signs are a bit confusing to find stores though.”
“Nice small size shopping area with lots of varieties in what's offered. The exit , going left on Sloane can be a little tricky...always seems like there's traffic.”
“Definitely get the margherita pie. Their beef empanadas were pretty good too. The rest of their menu were mostly chicken.. No veal. But I would return for their pie.”
“Very pleasant experience. I needed some documents notarized and could not be happier with how it went. The young lady who helped me was so kind and knowledgeable and that was exactly what I needed after working a day in construction amidst this heatwave. I could not thank her enough.”

“The shops and restaurants here are all top-notch. Beware inconsiderate people parking and blocking the driveway in front of the stores instead of finding a parking space (there are always plenty of spaces open).”
