I truly appreciated her attention to detail and the effort she took to show me possible units before I made a decision. The facility is well cared for and well-run.”
“We were shopping for a storage facility close to home. We checked two other facilities less than a mile from this facility all on Quakerbridge Rd. Hamilton. The manager here, Jason was very courteous, friendly and fully knowledgeable of the facility operations. He was very clear about the business end of the rental process and offered the best value of the three storage facilities for the same sized unit. He showed us the unit we would be renting and instructed us on the overhead door and lock operation (we purchased a new lock on-site). Also, this facilities’ access hours were the best of the three. By far, Life Storage and Jason were the ‘go to’ storage rental facility.”

Still ranking this as one of the top Penske shops. Service here has gone out of their way to help me while other shops may tend to push the issues aside. Never happened here!”
“I had reserved a 10' truck for the afternoon, but the person who rented that same truck for the morning never returned it. After waiting (my choice) for 20 minutes or so, the apologetic agent offered me a 15' truck for the same price. It was an older, high-mileage truck, but it more than sufficed for my needs. I returned that truck in about 90 minutes (morning renter still had not returned) before the office closed, but the check in system was down. Same agent offered to check me in the next morning w/o additional charge, which he did. Apparently, the morning renter returned the 10' truck to a location in Edison. That location erroneously charged ME for HIS rental; the next day I saw the charge on my CC and called that office. They called the Princeton office to confirm what happened and quickly offered me a full refund for the error. Mistakes happen, and some things (morning renter) are out of their control (I used to work in customer service, so I get it), but everyone I worked with in both the Princeton and Edison locations handled their respective issues quickly and professionally. Thumbs up!”
“Made an online reservation for a truck, which was good because it was a popular day for moving and no trucks were left for walk-ins. Everything was fine and as expected with the truck, it did its job. We were able to grab a mattress cover bag too while there which we needed. Parking here is a little tight, no distinction between where cars park to pick up and where trucks park, running out of spots, but it's kinda inner city so I guess you work with the room you have”
