The group here, does an outstanding job. They were grossly overworked, probably underpaid. They're never slow. It seems like it's sometimes, but in reality they're always always good. Good an awful lot of work to do. These guys do an outstanding job. A lot of repairs do not get approved even though they are recommended. You know the employer doesn't want to pay to get the correct repairs done. But this group can do all the repairs necessary. They can diagnose correctly exactly what needs to be done, and if given the nod they will make all the repairs necessary correctly the first time. This is a great group of mechanics here.”

“My husband and I rented a moving truck with a car trailer from this location, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. AJ and his field manager — apologies that I do not remember the manager’s name — truly went above and beyond to help us during a very stressful relocation process.
They took the time to carefully explain every detail of the rental, ensured that all paperwork was completed correctly and compliantly, and were incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. What impressed us most was their willingness to even open outside of normal business hours to accommodate our timing constraints before a very long drive.
Their level of customer service, communication, competence, and kindness was honestly exceptional and rare to find nowadays. We are extremely grateful for all their help and support during such an important transition for us.
