I had an urgent RX sent by my doctor to my normal Walgreens in Burlington. I used the app as soon as it was received by Walgreens to change the pickup location to 41 Princeton Hightstown rd. It said it was transferred. I then get a message that it’s ready in Burlington. I go back into the app to request it be transferred to 41 Princeton Hightstown rd again. After another hour I get a message there’s a problem to call the pharmacy. After audio response hell I finally get someone on the phone. I give my name and dob, and phone, name again, name again, the name of the rx, and the woman says “oh yes we have that rx, ok it will be ready in a few minutes” I wait 10 minutes and drive to 41 Princeton Hightstown road and after waiting for the 1 person ahead of me to get their rx (took forever) the person at the counter says “that’s not ready yet and the pharmacist is out to lunch for another 1/2 hour” seriously. I will never use this Walgreens again if I can help it. If they moved any slower they’d be going in reverse.Update: Picked the rx up after work and when I got home counted the pills and of course 1 short. Unbelievable.

Worst pharmacy ever.Scheduled a COVID test which my dad needed prior to surgery. When we arrived, their computers were down. Went home, they called back in 90 minutes saying we could come back, so we returned and did the test. They said the results would be available in 3 hours. They weren't. Called and they were having computer problems and rebooted. At 4 hours called again. Waited on hold while they rebooted 3 more times. Still no luck. Had to drive back a third time to get the results on paper. It would be nice if they hired pharmacists who understood their computer system better than just turning it off and on again.Requested emergency prescription refills for myself (I'm from out of town extending my visit for my dad's surgery) for just a few pills. They told me the cost without my insurance which was fine and that they would be ready soon. When I returned, they didn't have one of them because they told me it wasn't covered by my insurance. But they had already told me that and I had already agreed to it!One last prescription refill I needed to get authorized by my doctor. I contacted my doctor and he authorized it. I called this pharmacy and they told me it would be ready that evening. When I came back, they insisted my doctor had declined the authorization (even though I had a message from my doctor on my phone saying he had, and I confirmed that with another phone call). Then, they said they didn't have the medication in the first place. So why tell me it would be ready when they claimed it wasn't authorized and they didn't have it? Just to get me off the phone? The pharmacist I spoke to did the same thing with the person in front of me in line, insisting that the doctor declined their prescription, too. She was condescending to both of us, explaining that doctor's often get it wrong. While I'm sure that happens, when multiple people come in to pick up prescriptions you think are denied, particularly on a day when you are having computer problems, maybe it's the pharmacy's fault. In summary, this is a great pharmacy to go to if you like poor customer service and having to return again and again for things that should take only one visit. Best to visit when you're in a good mood, not when you're dealing with medical issues for you or your family or need things quickly.

Terrible pharmacy! Avoid at all costs. The doctor had to call this pharmacy back to help us follow up even after already prescribing the medicine hours ago. The pharmacy then said it would take over an hour to fill. When we got there they said it wasn't in stock. They never bothered calling us so that we could make other arrangements for our urgent medicine.

The service at this pharmacy is so bad. It was a 2-hour travel covid NAAT test, but it took almost 6 hours for the results to arrive in the email, after 4 unsuccessful phone calls, and then sitting in the store waiting for the results to finally arrive. The clerk kept saying it wasn't her fault. Was it the customer's fault? If you don't want to delay your flight, you'd better go somewhere else

I went to pick up a package via FEDEX and the woman behind the counter was extremely unhelpful. First, I waited in line and when I said I was picking up a package she said "ok let me take the rest of the line behind you before I get it." Then I gave her the QR to scan and she couldn't figure out how to scan it. I have her multiple tracking numbers and again couldn't help. Then she said it is required I have my ID, even though my email clearly shows the email and tracking from FEDEX. I have never once needed an ID to pick up a package. I drove out of my way to pick this package up and now I have to come back on my own time because the employee wasn't willing to help. It should say my NAME on the package which I also gave her and showed her my work ID badge with my full name on it. Horrible customer service and she was laughing rudely the entire time.

This pharmacy is very disappointing in terms of its service and ethics. Even though it is closest to my home, I will never use this pharmacy again but rather drive a bit further away to use other pharmacies. The pharmacy staff there were always very slow. What made it worst was that they played the trick to make me buy expensive over the counter medicine instead of my doctor-prescribed cheap version. Being just 3 days after delivered a baby and been to this pharmacy for 3 times and still not be able to pick up the doctor-prescribed medicine, I end up just overpaid the expensive OTC version and wondering why did use them for my prescription.Besides the pharmacy, the staff for the consumer goods area were not better. The lady at the check-out counter made the incorrect return between two cards. She looked straight at the messed-up receipts and refused to correct it.No ethics as a business.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Staff is terrible. They have no idea what they are doing. Go to any other pharmacy.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Their pharmacy department is getting worse and worse. The lines have gotten longer because they only have one person working even during their busiest times and they often don’t seem to know what they’re doing. I have had prescriptions lost. Most recently I picked up what was supposed to be a 90 day supply but there were only 5 pills in the bottle. The label said 5/90 but their app said 90 and they charged me for 90. I called them this morning and they said their computer showed that I received 90 pills and that they would look into it and call me back. I will be finding a new pharmacy.

Review for Store/Not Pharmacy:Had great online order pickup experience at this store. Dorothy and Sheila went out of their way to have it available within minutes. Great people to talk to as well. Will shop here again.

It is the most worst in service store, they ask me for Name, Birth date, Phone number, Address, Pin code number, Medicaid card, and much more that I forgot at this time and all the time it takes more than half an hour to stand, it is not possible for me after the age of 70. Attitude was worst in asking all the questions.

If you are reading this for the pharmacy, turn around and go order your prescriptions through Amazon Pharmacy. The pharmacy manager at this store should be fired. Stood in line behind someone else under the clearly marked express pickup signage (this was clearly a legitimate line) for 10 minutes for express pickup through the app (meaning I already paid in advance) only to be told I was in the wrong line (and the other line is not visible because it is in the farthest aisle, and everyone in Princeton is snot-nosed and doesn't have the courtesy to tell you where the line is and how it works), and now I'm told to get to the back of the other line which has gotten twice as long since I have been standing and waiting, which the snot-nosed pharmacist knew and did not tell me the entire time. Left without my important meds because I cannot wait in line behind 10 people at an average transaction time of 10 minutes each. I spent $20 to take an Uber here because they don't offer delivery despite advertising it, which I will be seeking compensation for. The pharmacists abandon the line periodically to serve the drive thru window. And there is always some random pharmacist doing something that makes no sense given the size of the line such as reorganizing a refrigerator. They never have things ready when the app says it's ready. Then they call and harass me about prescriptions I never filled and haven't filled in years. I will be complaining on their public earnings call regarding these incompetent employees. Their CEO should know about this. If they are wondering why they can't make money and hire more people it is because idiots run their pharmacies and customers are going to delivery services.

This is the worst pharmacy in the area. I've had enough of their disorganization.

On a confirmed appointment, after waiting for 20 minutes in queue, got to know that covid vaccine is out of stock. Appalling.
