Our son is in the infants 2 class and we’ve been very happy with Kindercare. He is positively delighted when going to school, and we love the many updates and photos throughout the day. The teachers and directors are all so kind and treat our son well. The hours also make it very convenient for working parents.

After a few years with our kids in this place, I now have doubts, looking back. We chose this place mostly because of the low cost. When we had our young son and daughter there, we had many days of the kids crying and refusing to go in. We'd talk with the teachers, try to pinpoint the problem, etc., but couldn't see reason to put it on this daycare specifically and the problem would subside for periods of time. Near the end of our time there the problem was coming up again and I started to notice some of the teachers never smiled. Maybe it's their personality? Maybe they don't like their job? Is my kid just being stubborn? I'd like to describe these particular teachers but there is an obvious descriptor I can't use for politically incorrect reasons. The place also started having a rotation of really young people working and this was around the time the previous director abruptly left. Well, now, our kids have gone on to public schools and they've had zero issues with going to school in the morning. We heard from other parents using this daycare with similar problems of their kids crying when they get dropped off, and told us that our daughter always looked unhappy when they'd see her there. I don't know how things are because it's been over a year since we used it. My advice to parents is this: be wary of the low cost of this place. If you have the option of better schools but are tempted to go with this place because of the cost, I would strongly advise you to just pony up.

We have a daughter with severe food allergies and has been going to Kindercare for almost 1 year. She has transferred from toddlers to discovery preschool and I am constantly amazed at how caring and nurturing the teachers are in all classrooms. Miss Maria (chef) accommodates her food at every single meal and the teachers are beyond careful to avoid allergens and keep our daughter inclusive. With food allergies, safety is priority and we trust that our child is very safe at this center.Thank you Miss Maria, Brooke, Tawana, Qiana, and directors Janelle and Pernell for keeping our child safe, loved and nurtured. We appreciate your efforts so much!

I worked at this center years ago when it was known as Lakeview Child Center and had an amazing experience throughout my employment. I left to pursue a different career however, taking care of children stuck with me. I couldn't think of any other location to take my first child to. When I scheduled my tour it was a breath of fresh air. Teachers I worked with before are still employed there and to me that alone speaks numbers. My son is in the best hands & I truly would not have it any other way. If anyone is considering daycare and are in the area i would 10 out of 10 recommend this center. They are CPR certified plus more!! Don't waste your time looking elsewhere as I am the happiest mother viewing my son's daily report at the end of my work day.

I'm a Princeton University employee and our sons (4.5 and 2 years old) absolutely love attending this Princeton KinderCare! We've been here for 3 years now and the teachers and center director provide a safe environment for the kids with excellent and prompt communication. Everyone is super friendly and genuinely caring about the kids. They do all sorts of both fun and educational activities and our boys are excited to go each morning. They particularly love all the fun time on their outdoor, fenced-in playground and the 4.5 year old has told me a few times that I arrived for pickup too early and cut short his fun. The kids and us parents both love it here, so highly recommend for your childcare needs!

All three of our kids went to or are currently going to KinderCare Princeton (formerly Lakeview) and it has been amazing for them. The teachers are incredibly caring and loving, and most of them have been at the center for a long time so they have so much experience with children at each age, and our kids had a lot of continuity in their teachers. We love that our kids have lots of outside time to run around and get their energy out, and they learn a lot through play. When our eldest was ready for kindergarten, she already knew basic reading and math skills and had great social skills from all the activities at KinderCare.

Our son has been enrolled here full time since he was four months old in December of 2019 and we love this daycare center! The staff are wonderful and our son has thrived here making friends, learning new skills and growing into the well adjusted three year old he is now. The staff is never anything but supportive and loving with the children, even during the stressful times of covid over the past years. The Director is always available and responsive to questions. This is a great, loving environment for the little ones!

The teachers at the center are very caring and loving. Both of my kids have been going here for a year now and they just love their teachers and have made their friends at the center. I can see a big improvement in their social and emotional skills. Not to mention the fresh and delicious food offered. I am glad I sent them to Alexander Kindercare which provides a safe and loving environment for them to grow.

Both my four and two-year-old have attended this center since they were infants. It is so wonderful to have a place to leave my children where I know they are happy and well cared for. They both are excited going to school every day and love their teachers and friends. I also have to say that, compared to other friends with children of similar age, my kids have been lucky to only rarely get significant daycare illnesses. Everyone gets the standard daycare colds of course, but we rarely have anything more than that. Finally, as essential employees, it was a blessing that school was open for our children during Covid. That meant a lot to us. It is going to be a hard transition when we have to leave to go to kindergarten!

I've sent my daughter here for 3 years, since she was 6 weeks old. I was sold on the place by the care and consideration of the head infant teacher and continue to be impressed with the care and loving provided by each teacher as my daughter has progressed through the school. Even though it would be easier to move my daughter post pandemic, now that I can work from home, we just love the school too much for that.(As a bonus, KinderCare works with the local NJ daycare subsidy folks, Child Care Connections.)

We really love this daycare. Our son has been attending for almost a year from 14 months to now (2 years old). We’ve seen him grow so much from things he has learned at school. Early on the teachers helped with his transition from bottle to cup. He now uses utensils, has a growing vocabulary, and great social skills. He is surprising us everyday with new things he has learned; last week it was knowing his days of the week. The teachers are all very caring and the other staff is great too. We highly recommend! Added bonus is not having to pack meals or diapers!

We love sending our infant, soon turning toddler, to Alexander Princeton KinderCare! This daycare was highly recommended by our friends who previously sent their kids here, back when it was Lakeview Childcare. The teachers Ms. Gita, Ms. Denise, Ms. Leah, Ms. Mira, Ms. Sudha, and Ms. Pernell are wonderful. They helped our son transition smoothly and were very reassuring to new parents like my husband and I. We feel so ecstatic to see our son's joyful and smiling pictures and videos each day. Very much recommend this daycare!

Tomorrow my youngest child will say goodbye to Alexander Princeton KinderCare (formerly Lakeview West Windsor) as she heads to kindergarten this fall. We (including her two older brothers) have been part of the KinderCare/Lakeview family for over nine years since my oldest child started in the Infant room in May 2013.Leaving KinderCare/Lakeview is a bittersweet milestone for my daughter and our family. While she is excited to start kindergarten and join her brothers at their school, she is also sad to be leaving behind friends and teachers that she loves so much that she invites them all to our house (and on vacation!) almost every week.I can't say enough wonderful things about the teachers at KinderCare/Lakeview, several of which have been there long enough to care for all three of my children. Having had multiple children spend formative years at KinderCare/Lakeview, I have been able to joyfully observe how the teachers recognized and celebrated the uniqueness of each of my children. As we look forward to kindergarten in just a couple of weeks, I know my daughter is well prepared for her next step, just as my two oldest were.

Please do your research when entering your child into this childcare center. The director is very vindictive, sneaky, and cannot be trusted. My 3 year old (yes I said 3yrs old) has been written up for normal 3 year old behavior. He has been unable to attend school FT even though they are getting paid by the state for full days, he has recently been going part time and sometimes not at all because they would call multiple times for pick up, sometimes after only 2 hours. The director has poor communication skills with parents and some of the staff. I’ve tried calling the hire ups who are not even located in NJ and was very unsuccessful. There has just been to much with this child care center and I no longer can deal with the incompetence and lack of common sense. Needless to say my child no longer attends this daycare and I am in process of finding somewhere my child will be priority. It’s a shame because Kinder care has not always been this way, they were much better when my now 9 year old attended. Good luck to current and future parents, hopefully your experience will be better than ours.

After joining the Kinder care my 4 year old son got changed a lot. Now he is very active, improved communication and most importantly became very social. I am very happy with the progress he made. Thankful to the entire team for their support and efforts.
