This is the worst place I've ever been! The quality of the glasses are horrible. And they charge you if you lose or break your glasses.. I would not recommend this place, or any America's best locations....

I went in to the store at Jan/05 with my husband to make glasses for him, everything was fine, didn’t have anything like on review some people said rude or bad service. Today Jan/09 I went in for myself for this awesome promotion 2 pairs for $79 with free exam and being served lady named Kerry, she was so professional, friendly and helpful, after the ordering was being done I found out she is the store General Manager, what wonderful person she is, she does care about her clients! What an angel ?!

I have been a customer for 10+ years previous client of the Hamilton location till this one opened. Following the very first manager they had from Hamilton who lead a team with exceptional customer service and really built a relationship with clients. Fast forward, the customer service and care for consistency with client repor has declined. I have never not been a part of the eye care club. I recently went in and was not notified that it expired and I would need to re join. I paid for my glasses and left. Upon arrival to pick up my glasses I was notified by a veteran employee John that it expired and I would need to re join. I also expected to pick up contacts at this time and was told they would be put aside, once I got there I was then informed my prescription wasn’t valid. So two things that were clearly on my chart and over looked. I have ALWAYS been notified.Today I scheduled my contact exam, upon arrival I calmly expressed my frustrations and was met with excuses with no eye contact and no acknowledgment of a solution. You can clearly see the lack of customer service skills and high turn over rate. Highly displeased.

I had a fickley experience trying to get my prescription just right. Five trips back-n-forth before I was completely squared away is not an exaggeration. I felt like a nuisance but never received that vibe from General Manager Kerry Savage & the staff in Princeton, NJ. I'm glad I chose that store to patronize!

I went in for glasses and desk lady was extremely unfriendly and looked very upset. I understand people have bad days, and maybe she just was not having the greatest time today, but it made me feel like I was a terrible person for asking her to do her job.The actual doctor was friendly and the person who assisted me with glasses was lovely, but I really do wish she had less of an attitude with me and had been more helpful.

Those people were very nice. I got new sunglasses and Ray-Ban frames, polarized, mirrored, a new prescription glasses. I couldn't get used to the new prescription so they took them back and redid them for me and they're great. They changed the lenses in both pairs no problem. Friendly service and some pretty girls.

Visited America's Best Princeton office for help fixing a nose pad problem. The optician was SUPER professional and patient.He went beyond my initial request and did a complete fitting, including adjustments to the entire frame AND also made a complete check and adjustment to a backup pair of glasses. This is a level of service that is almost impossible to find these days and is worthy of comment and admiration. THANK YOU!
