I went in on 10/28/23 to have my oil leak serviced and did not get my 2009 Audi S5 car back until 12/09/23 with the oil light indicator still blinking and beeping. I returned it immediately to let them know. They said its my battery and I needed to purchase another one. I said I it is new 04/2023 then said it wasnt coded right. I went to ******************* in Grand Ave Ewing ** and ***** said thats not the problem. I was told I didnt mention the beeping and buzzing so they didnt fix it and I should have mentioned the indicator beeping at the time. I said shouldnt that be fixed at the time of completion now charging me $1,030 for the oil pressure sensor after I paid $2,780. Now my battery is not starting or charging and want me to buy another battery from them for over$500 or get it towed to my own auto mechanic.They tried multiple times to persuade me to sell my car, calling me and my daughter and in person This is wrong. My car was working before properly other than that leak now its not running at all please assist

Though the facilities / location, and the cars themselves are nice, our end-to-end experience at the Princeton Audi was quite poor - from the initial process of buying our car to the experience post-purchase.1. On the day we initially went to pick up the car, which had required some repairs to be in a sellable condition, a part of the front bumper crumbled and fell off after prodding it with a finger. It then took another 2 weeks for it be repaired, during which the communication was not very clear on when it would be available.2. A couple weeks after finally getting the car, we were informed that it needed to be recalled. The recall ticket had been opened before the car was sold to us and should have been disclosed as per law (the representative from Volkswagen group who contacted us initially about the recall also admitted that this should have happened). When we asked the dealership about what happened, our concerns were brushed off, which seems very callous considering we could have been driving around a car with a serious safety issue without our knowledge.3. Finally, the customer service during the recall process was very poor - the person who contacted us from dealership was both aggressive and pressurizing. We were called by the dealership that the car was fixed and the person asked when we were available to pick it up and return the loaner. After informing the person that we couldn’t the next day but were available on the following days (the weekend), he responded in quite an aggressive tone: “how can you help me get this car back because we want to loan the car out for other people?”, making it sound like we were at fault. Considering we didn’t even want of course to have the car recalled in the first place, to put the responsibility on the customer for not being immediately available to return the loaner is such poor customer service and made us so uncomfortable. He then proceeded to say: “you will get a survey in a week and I NEED you to give me 5 stars rating for my customer service. Ok? You got that?”, which was audacious considering the situation.This whole experience has been disappointing.

The experience at Audi Princeton Service felt like the dreaded trip to the dentist where you have a horrible doctor with a pleasing receptionist.I took my car for regular service as a waiter and after 3 hours of waiting, they had to tell me I have to leave the car with them. Tam helped and got me a loaner.Their system is pathetic, because they gave an estimate $4k more than what it’s supposed to and I had to call the Audi customer care to find that my car’s CPO covers most of the work.I had to call back Audi Princeton to flag that and they reduced the bill by $4k.Bell Audi in Edison confirmed that their prices are cheaper than Princeton.Finally, took my car and drove it out of the parking lot and saw that the check engine light was on. Called Audi Princeton back and they wanted me to bring the car back and told me I have to leave the car and gave me another loaner. The service that had to be done and that was reported to me that it was completed and test driven, didn’t seem to have had happened.I am hoping to pick my car today.Overall Tam helped a lot and he is so personable and professional. If it was not for him, I would have given this place a 1 star.Based on my experience, I recommend other Audi service centers like Bell Audi.Not worth the headache and not a returning customer.If you have no other choice but Princeton Audi, please ask for Tam- as he is the only positive in the entire experience.

I took my car in for a routine service appointment and received the worst treatment I have ever experienced in my driving career. Tam, the service rep, greeted me by telling me that since this was a routine service appointment, a loaner car would not be provided. However, I didn't ask for a loaner. It was offered to me when I made the appointment. Clearly, the nice lady I spoke to on the phone was not clued in to the policy. I also asked to have the battery on my key fob replaced since it has been over two years since the last change. Tam informed me that particular service would cost $10- no longer complimentary. Finally, I asked for help with connecting my new phone on the car;s bluetooth and was abruptly informed that software issues between the new phones and the Audi MMI made that impossible. After sitting in the waiting room for two hours, Tam stopped by and informed me that there was a serious problem with my car and the part necessary for the repair would have to be ordered. Eleven days later Tam finally told me that the car was ready for pickup and the bill was over $6000.0 When I went to pick up the car, I was given a bill over 4 pages long listing all the parts that were needed to fix my car. Tam was nowhere to be found. It was left to the receptionist who could only handle the payment details. No one was available to explain the bill and tell me what exactly happened to my car. I am angry at being treated so poorly by people who should know better. Clearly this place is being run by people who cannot handle the truth- that's called cowardice. Never again!!

I just bought a 2024 A3 at Princeton Audi. Thanks to Michelle Sabine, the experience was seamless and stress free from start to finish. She is knowledgeable and a really nice person to work with throughout the entire buying process. Charles Gonzalez was great as well and made closing the sale a pleasant experience. I will be back for service !

My husband and I just purchased our second Audi, with the help of Greg Sconzo. Both experiences have been smooth and enjoyable! Not only is Greg a very knowledgeable and helpful salesman, but he has a great personality, and truly cares about helping his customers. Buying a car is not always an easy experience, but Greg and the staff at Audi Princeton have succeeded in providing 5-star service, twice!! Thank you, Greg! We will see you again in a few years!

We had a tremendous experience purchasing an Audi A6 at this dealership for the first time. Adam Friedman, the Salesman, although new in this industry, performed a marvelous job from the beginning to the end. Not only did this gentleman take an adequate amount of time explaining the features inside and out the car but also took us on a road test for as long as we wanted to test drive the car. Most salesman these days wont do this. After being offered a lower number for our trade-in, they were able to match the higher number we were getting at another dealership (after providing proof). When it came to the numbers and paperwork, he did not rush us or pressured us at all and explained us everything item by item. At the end we were very satisfied and left happy. If you don’t want to be rushed and be explained everything thoroughly, Adam Friedman would be the guy to work with. We took 2 trips there from New York City and have no regrets. Good Luck Adam!!

Was just dropping off my child to a birthday party on Saturday when suddenly my power window stopped working. I couldn’t raise it anymore and a big thunderstorm was on its way. I drove quickly to Audi Princeton but it was close to end of business hours so I had a very small hope that someone could accommodate me. But there was Tam!!! I can’t thank him enough!!! He met me at the entrance, acknowledged my presence and the issue I had while still servicing people ahead of me and while trying to accommodate people on the phone. I was impressed by his multitasking, empathy and thoughtfulness. He ensured my car is inside a garage so it doesn’t get wet, provided me a loaner so I can go back and pick up my child and made sure the window is fixed first thing on Monday. As an extra, it was also beautifully cleaned.Thank you so very much, Tam! All the best!!!

I can't say enough about how my experience with the Princeton dealership was different (better!) than anything I've experienced before, and how working with Jade was such a breath of fresh air.From our very first email exchange, it was clear that Jade cared. Her thoughtfulness, responsiveness, and overall knowledge and honesty made the entire process easy and joyful.From her advising me on what models might be a good fit based on my needs, to determining which package/options made the most sense for me, to securing a vehicle (I was looking for a Q4 e-tron and there was limited stock in general due to high demand), to thinking through different options for the lease—every step of the way Jade made things smooth, transparent, and fluid.Because of my experience with Jade, not only did I travel an hour away from my home (past multiple other dealerships) to work with her, I can’t imagine ever going to another dealership ever again.Thank you, Jade and the entire Princeton team, I love my new car!

We have acquired 6 new Audi models with her; having owned other premium German and Japanese models, we found the performance and technology of Audi to be unique. Michelle has excellent knowledge, is very detail oriented, and makes each transaction a pleasure. There were a few cases where I traded a late model vehicle and one where I wanted to end a lease early - typically a disaster situation. Michelle quickly researched and presented options and was our advocate to obtain very fair pricing.
