I am pleased to share my experience at CJDR of Princeton. As a first time car buyer, I didn’t know what to expect from the entire process of purchasing a vehicle. Rob Morton and his team made the process as seamless as possible. My main concern was finding a vehicle that felt safe and reliable and I found exactly what I was looking for. Rob is a wonderful salesman; he’s very honest, personable, and extremely knowledgeable about the car buying experience which helped ease any nerves I had. Thank you Rob, Nichole, and finance manager Nick for a great experience and for selling me my dream car!

I had an amazing experience at Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Princeton, from beginning to end. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to give me the best deal with my trade in and sale purchase of my new Jeep Wrangler Sport. The whole process went smoothly and was done in a couple of hours. I'd like to thank everyone at CDJR of Princeton, especially Patty, Ali, Andrew and Max. I also would like to thank Anthony in the service department. I had a few questions after my purchase and he was wonderful. You all are commited to customer satisfaction. I'll definitely recommend your services to my family and friends.

I purchased ‘Happy Feet’ my brand new green Jeep Wrangler High Altitude hybrid from this dealership. My sales consultant was Camille or The Jeep Lady, who did an excellent job and knew earlier than me that I was ready for change from my white Grand Cherokee. She introduced me to the Wrangler story and the ducks and now, 2 days later, I am hooked. Besides all of this the dealership did a serious effort to give me a good trade in value for my old car and also added a loyalty perk with one of their service programs.

Everything is smooth when you buy a car but after they completely forget about you. I've been waiting for registration since November of 2022 is August 2023 and have not received my plates and registration yet.Update. Still no registration...I paid almost 3 thousand dollars of taxes and registration fees and do not have it. Dealer sent me a plate (that is not even registerede to my car) with an EXPIRED TEMP REGISTRATION, how does that sound? Well I'll give them 1 more chance before I lawyer up.

Had a great experience at CDJR of Princeton. Couldn’t thank enough Camille Farrow who put so much effort in making sure I had all the information to make a right decision. I would say I really decided to buy the car I was looking at cause of her. Thank you Camille for being the angel you are.

Wanted to see if my AC needed a Freon recharge or was there something wrong with the AC itself. I still have it under warranty and they said it would be 700$ just to diagnose if it needed coolant or if the AC was broken. Then, they said if a rock hit it it's not covered. Then they said they needed to order a new key fob and that was a week ago, with no call about it yet. I went to my regular mechanic and it was 250$ for a coolant recharge. He laughed at the 700$ diagnostic fee.

Florel Louis Jean was wonderful to work with at this location. He advocated for my needs and he was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He made the car buying experience easy. Highly recommend that you ask for Florel. (I'll plan to update this review in a year too.)

Unethical - they use bait and switch tactics, so don't be fooled. Went in to test drive a low mileage used SUV after being told it was available a few hours before, and then told it JUST sold when I got there. Was then offered an older, higher mileage, pricier car - no thanks. The 5 star Google reviews are clearly being written by the dealership themselves - read the 1 stars, that will be your experience here. There are too many reputable dealers in the area to give your money to dishonest people like this.

Great experience. Matthew Fehl was very personable, even gave me a sandwich while we were making the deal. Very low pressure. Plus the process took less than 2 hours, which is a big deal for me. It was a LONNNNGGGGGG drive from my house, but well worth it. Highly recommend.

I went in to purchase a new vehicle after a motor vehicle accident. I expressed from the start that I was there to only look at vehicles as I had not yet received my settlement check from the insurance company yet. After talking to the salesman (Andrew) and the finance manager (Max) they continued to express to me that I should purchase today for a better deal (4th of July sale). I told them that I didn't mind leaving the car until I received the settlement but the INSISTED I take the vehicle and call in when I receive the check. After driving the vehicle beyond their predetermined test drive route I realized I am extremely uncomfortable in the vehicle due to the nature of my recent car accident. I came back to the dealership with the vehicle 3 days after purchasing it to try to finance a different vehicle. After being very short and uninterested in helping, the manager said I would have to come back when someone from finance is there and they won't be back for 2 days. (Who is writing finance contracts if no one is there for 2 days?). I expressed my worries of more time going by and he assured me it wouldn't be an issue.Between Wednesday and Saturday they continuously called and sent threatening text messages. I stated to them I would be back on Saturday so I did not appreciate the harassment. The messages said I was stealing and they would withhold my license plates. When I came back on Saturday like I said I would, the first thing they said was too much time has lapsed. After again expressing my desire to finance a different vehicle they attempted to have me finance a vehicle with a higher MSRP. When I expressed what vehicle I wanted which was the same price as the original vehicle they said magically my APR will now be higher (around $150 more a month) without even checking with my lender or running my credit. I spoke to my lender who stated that was untrue and all the dealer had to do is edit the contract with the year, make, model, and price of the other car. This dealership does not see customers as people, they see them as a check. If you are in the market for a new car, DO NOT go here. This experience has been just as traumatizing as my car accident.

Don't even bother. They confirmed with me three times a specific car was in stock as it was advertised on their website. They knowingly had me come in even though the vehicle was sold. They had a black representative speak to me in case I "blacked out". He tried to sell me a similar car with a "discount". They thought I would make a desperate or impulse buy because of the distance I traveled. No, I walked out. Save your time and money.
