“This is the best location in the area. Got started at another one and had a terrible experience, I frequent this one more. Everyone is very funny, kind, and actually listens to your needs. I came in September to get a secured card to build my credit and the young Latino gentleman who assisted me was very helpful. The card did get shipped to another address instead of the bank (which I had wanted instead), but the bank is very accountable and owned up to their mistake and apologized. Today I had called about a question about payments with the upcoming holidays and Paul answered me and then stepped away to verify the information he gave me. Great customer service here, makes me want to continue banking with PNC.”

When I was later locked out of my account, Ayesha (and another staff member whose name I unfortunately did not get) were very reassuring and patient, even when I had a complicated situation to resolve. I'm still not sure how banking with Chase is on the whole, but the client service here is excellent.”

I went to a different Chase location initially and they essentially lied to me and said out-of-state estate accounts weren't possible and to go to Michigan to deal with my affairs. Dan and Shaminah were refreshingly helpful and put to rest the nonsense the PA branch in Doylestown was peddling...”
