5 days in as a new member and WOW ! Burn Boot Camp Princeton, NJ is not only a place to workout , is family, a community , is exactly what I needed . We all support and motivate each other ; they want you to become the best version of yourself , is truly extraordinary. I feel home and I can’t wait to see what the next months, years will bring into this journey. I’m loving it and all I have to say is THANK YOU for the warm welcome .

I have only been with Burn Bootcamp for a week but I know I have finally found the workout community I have been searching for! Everyone is so genuinely kind, trainers and members alike. I was a member of a bootcamp years ago that had this same vibe but, unfortunately, they closed the business. I feel so fortunate to have found this same feeling again. There is no better workout programs for me than bootcamps, no matter what other things I have tried. I also love that there is no competition here and the variety of body types and fitness levels are vastly varied. If you can relate to anything I have explained here, please do not hesitate to do the 2 week trial and see if you feel the same!

I've been going to Burn for over a year, and it's been amazing to see the progress. Before going to Burn, I had a membership at a chain gym (which was fine) and used to have a lifting routine. I just checked the weights I was lifting back then vs. now and it's night and day. The greatest part is that they do it in a fun, group environment. The trainers are keeping an eye on everyone, but then offer 1-on-1 help if they see you're struggling with form. They also challenge you to push yourself, and all workouts come with modifications depending on each member's level of fitness. I'd highly recommend it for anyone looking for a more dynamic workout, as opposed to some cardio machines and weights.

I used to do CrossFit and loved it. Then I took a break, had two kids, moved to a new area and life got busy and I stopped prioritizing working out. I had been wanting to join some sort of gym and through a Google search I had my eye on Burn Bootcamp. I loved the fact that classes were 45 min and they had childwatch options for times I needed to bring the kids. I finally attended a class and I was hooked. The trainers are fantastic, the people there are friendly and the workouts are exactly what I was looking for. I was a few days into my trial when I signed up for the full membership. So glad I did!

If you’re thinking about it, just do it. It took me only one class to feel like this is where I want to start. They are very accommodating and great people all around and I’m excited to continue this little fitness journey of mine here.

I'm in my 2nd week and feeling very hopeful about getting back into shape after a long pause since my daughter was born. Everyone is very friendly and supportive in creating a new habit of working out several times/week. It's hard work but feels great. I feel a big sense of accomplishment after every class.

I have only been a member for a few weeks and am already astounded by Burn Boot Camp. It is more than a gym. It is a community. The workouts are intense, but with the support of motivational trainers (with modifications, encouragement, and technique help), and enthusiastic members, everyone always makes it through and even leaves with a smile. From the moment I enter the building until the moment I leave and beyond, I feel like the entire Burn community has my back and wants to see me reach my goals. I am so happy that I walked through the door to check it out on a whim one morning while I was out shopping. That decision put my mindset and goals on an entirely different trajectory. I highly recommend Burn Boot Camp Princeton!

I’ve been a member at Burn for about 8 months now and I’ve had a perfect experience all around since joining! The trainers and staff know everyone’s name and genuinely care about the clients and the progress they are making towards their goals. I am stronger than I’ve ever been in my entire life and I attribute that to the trainers pushing me to be better each class.

I was pretty active pre baby but post my first baby, I felt like my health and time was second priority - now that’s true in a sense but doesn’t mean you should completely give up on yourself- which is the direction I was heading, until a friend introduced me to burn!45 mins a day I get to have my time at Burn, dedicated to me and my health with a supportive community. I’m starting to feel like myself again post baby and I look forward to camp each day!! Thank you Burn!

I’m not one to write a review just to write one. Before I can get into my actual experience at Burn Boot Camp, Princeton, NJ- I have to give them credit of how on top of everything they were before I even walked in the door. After filling out a form online for a trail class, they made sure all my questions were answered, I had driving directions, and prepared me with what to bring. When I walked in, it was definitely not only a warm welcome but extremely clean and organized. I’m not sure about you, but a gym that I am looking to call my home, cleanness is definitely a must and that they were. They gave me a tour and definitely personal attention! I was introduced to all the members who were there at that time taking the same camp and they welcomed me with open arms. The class was the perfect combination of everything. No matter if you are a current or past athlete with tons of fitness experience or never held a weight before. I have been a member for maybe 2 months now and all the trainers know EACH member by name. Not only does the staff demonstrate, accommodate, and provide modifications for all the levels but they push you to your max along with members on the floating floor with you! So for myself I walked in with no expectations and now part of exactly what I was missing a NJ family, community, and and even the best accountability partners. It’s a free THREE day trial- nothing to lose only gain. Hope this motivates you to say YES to getting yourself to the floating floor!
