I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the pedicurist was apologetic. First off, the pedicurist barely knew what she was doing and was trying to do it without much help from others. Not much training. Second, the owner (I think it’s the owner) was extremely rude- to everyone. I heard other customers there at the time saying the service was bad as well. This was the 3rd time I’ve been there. Gotten worse every time. Less and less customers. Don’t go here— a matter of time before they’re gone.

I paid $100 dollars for acrylic nails that only stayed on for 1 week. I found a hair underneath of them from when they put them on. I wanted more of an almond shape when I wanted squared. They didn’t provide the service that I was expecting when I arrived. I would not return. It was a huge waste of money. I DO NOT recommend going here if you are looking for a good place to get nails done.

Ladies, listen to the reviews!! $35.00 pedicure and I showed the receptionist how horrible the pedí looked. She agreed. Offered to put one more coat on. I said there were three coats on already. They dilute the polish. I’m willing to pay more for a job done correctly. I will not be back.Service: Pedicure

Horrible! Rushed work, rude, and extremely overpriced. Front desk told me that l had to tip the lady who did my pedicure even though she left for the day. I told her to take it from the lady who did my nails since I OVER tipped het to compensate for not paying the lady who did my pedi, and they tried to argue with me! I walked out! Never again.Services: Nail extensions

SCAMMERS!!! I DO NOT recommend this business. I went in and asked to have the dip powder removed off my nails. After she removed it she said my nails were very thin, and that she was going to put gel on them to strengthen them so I said fine. The woman then proceeded to take out some thing I’ve never seen before, and started using a paintbrush on my nails. When I asked her what it was, she said it would strengthen my nails. After that, she told me to pick a polish and it would cost $100. To say I’m Extremely upset that a salon would try to scam a customer is an understatement. Thankfully I spoke up and refused to be taken advantage of. First and last time customer!!!!!Service: Dip powder

I really like the manicurist at this place. But the receptionist/owner is not very friendly. I keep coming to this place because of the ladies doing manicure and pedicure. They do a great job every time I come.Service: Manicure

I have been coming to this nail salon for many years. I get a gel pedi every few weeks. The nail techs are very skilled at any type of polish/ (gels/acrylics) or design. The staff is polite and does great work. I highly recommend this nail salon.

I need to disagree with the negative reviews. I find Jackie's gel manicures to be excellent and have lasted up to 3 weeks with no chips. Pedicures are also professionally done with great massage service. I highly recommend Jackie for manicures!Services: Pedicure

Lovely nail salon. They were very accommodating to my toddler who was getting her nails done and a pedicure. My pedicure started off great then the nail tech used a tool on one of my big toes and dug under the nail that isn't really there anymore and she really hurt my toe and to this day my toe is still very sensitive and still hurts when I wear shoes or if my daughter accidentally steps on it. I should have told the nail tech to just put polish on that toe and leave it alone instead of cleaning it. It hurt especially on Sunday when I was on my feet for a wedding. My manicure was fine until I noticed today that one of the fingers if you lift the polish a certain way the gel will come off completely of that finger. Overall it was a nice nail salon and very nice to my daughter my mother in law and myself. Just now I know to just ask for polish on the big toe and no cleaning of it. Hopefully my toe will feel better soon

My nails look fine but the lady up front taking payments is very rude to say the least. Would not recommend or go back due to that.Update. 1 nail chipped 2 days after I got them done. 3 nails chipped only 5 days later. I also just noticed they skipped my cuticles. I paid $80 for service that day (Manicure and pedicure) which is a lot for poor service and poor quality.

I went here for a set of ACRYLICS and they gave me a gel mani. They didn’t listen to what I wanted at all. I asked for a simple design of a crescent moon and the lady laughed and said “I can’t do that” so she attempted to and did a half circle. It was a disaster. It looked like a child did my nails. She charged me $60 for that. Horrible! Do NOT go here.

I wanted to love this place after getting a recommendation, but it's just not worth it. I went with a friend because we heard great things about the pedicures. The pedicure was long enough and relaxing, and my toes came out great. It's the gel manicure that fell short for me. I'm pretty sure they had the colors mis-numbered, because my nails ended up looking much brighter than the subtle green I had chosen. Not a huge deal, since I still liked the color, but it wasn't what I wanted. I also did not like the setup, because the "Covid safety" dividers had a wood trim making it difficult to see all the work that was being done on my nails. My cuticles in the end were hardly pushed back and my little hangnails were not all trimmed. Just two days later I got my first little chip, and over the next few days I've noticed the gel polish starting to peel up from the edges of my nails. It's now been a week since I've gone and I don't think they'll hold up much longer. Any other gel mani I've gotten has lasted 2-3 weeks, and this one has barely lasted a few days without lifting. Very disappointed. Was considering asking for a redo, but the reviews on here don't seem favorable to that. My friend's manicure seems to be holding up better, so the skill levels of the nail techs seem to be all over the place. I'd maybe recommend for a regular pedicure, but definitely not for a manicure.

Very nice place. The customer service is a little weird because they don't speak English but overall it's super clean and the workers are all good at what they do

If this could post without any stars at all, that's what it would be. DO NOT GO HERE. Very discourteous, unprofessional, aggressive, rude, overpriced, terrible work and got physical when asked to be charged reasonably after my daughter's nail bed was damaged and bleeding. The acrylics (French) were uneven, nails did not match up, were smudged and out right sloppy work! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. This is not the type of small business we should support period.Services: Nail art
