“I booked a rental through Costco for this location and I was really worried in the days leading up to picking up our vehicle because no one would answer the phone at this location. However, I was able to confirm my reservation online and through Budget’s costumer service number. When we arrived to this location, there was only one older gentleman working (seemed like for both the avis and budget) and he was very quick and efficient. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The car worked great for our trip and we had no issues.”
