Was there with my daughter today who has disability. She's particularly sensitive with materials and it's hard to find clothes that she's comfortable in and are for for school. We were able to find 2 nice button downs there that she liked. Being only 11, they're definitely on the bigger side, but that is not the hill I die on.When we went to check out the lady in the check out was very rude, told me that those won't fit her as they're for women and kept giving me unsolicited advice.I'm aware. I don't need your opinion nor do I need to explain anything. I'm there to just to get a shirt because my daughter liked the material. She was upset, thought she did something wrong and the whole experience was very uncomfortable.

I exclusively wear Chico's! I had to return a few of the countless items I ordered over the past month or so, they were NOT excited. Customers were coming in 10 minutes before closing and the employees greeted then by saying "we're about to close."There was a purse with a hold tag, I asked the price and the employee said "it's mine, I'm getting it for my daughter."I asked if I could order it and she said it's not available. At no point did they try to get more of my business. I was prepared SHOP to replace the items I returned. I felt unwelcomed. Grateful for online shopping.

Went in to offer moral support to my browsing companion and came to discover that Chico's is a clothing chain for women of a certain age (and size) who must inexplicably really get off on animal prints of every stripe. Honey, what do you want to be today... a Tiger... a Lion... a Cheetah? Someone screwed up big time, they should have named the place Cheetos. This is obviously a store founded by a taxidermist with an incredibly perverse sense of humor. And to properly accessorize your zoological themed ensemble may I gently suggest rows of rock-based costume jewelry that would make Wilma Flintstone blush. Why waste money visiting Africa, the safari starts right here. I should have left my wallet at home and brought my binoculars and elephant gun instead. I really do need to get out more. Pass the Cheetos.

Much nicer than the Hamilton store, better selection and helpful staff. Love that you can order an item online if it's out of stock without a shipping fee.

The store clerks continually followed me and my mother as if we were stealing. Rushed us out of the changing rooms. They were overall very unfriendly. I love chico's, my mom almost exclusively wears chicos, but after this experience it will definitely make me question if I want to spend money at an establishment like this again.

Play out of line and the quality of the clothes is not like it used to be if I'm going to pay them prices I'll go to Lord & Taylor or Macy's
