2 out of 3 of the polos that would have worked for me that were on the shelf were not available to order. They told me they must have been discontinued and need to be taken off the shelves. They did not seem as helpful as their direct customer service line. Avoid the store, just call their direct customer service line instead.

After browsing online for new t-shirts and hats for our small business, I was so excited to see there was a brick and mortar store nearby where I could actually see/feel the products. The associate, Katie, that I met with was great! Very knowledgeable and was able to make suggestions to help me find the right product for us.

We loved working with Mitchell. She took our design idea and brought it to life in a matter of minutes. She helped us pick just the right T-shirt too for a special family celebration. We await word from the design team and if we approve, we’ll have a dozen tees in 2 weeks. Couldn’t be more pleased with Custom Ink.

I never visited a brick and mortar store, but I did use Custom Ink for a rush t-shirt order for my high school club. Customer service was EXCELLENT, shirts were delivered on time, were high quality and did not disappoint. I plan to use them for all of my custom design needs!
