Extremely over priced items. I feel bad for anyone who buys from here . The vitamins I get online are $12.99 they where $29.99 here. Everything else I looked up in the store was priced about 2x more than what you can get from anywhere else online or another store like Walmart. Cvs is insane with these prices, only good thing is when the store gives you money or decent coupons, besides that I wouldn't bother spending money here on full priced items.

I had such a wonderful experience with the pharmacist at this CVS. She truly went above and beyond to help me with my medication. I’m on a very sensitive blood thinner, and there was an issue with authorization. I called my insurance to get everything sorted out and when I called her back, she put it through quickly and took care of it right away.
It meant so much to me because, as patients, we already have so much on our plates when it comes to our health. Having a pharmacist who not only understands but also takes the time to help with such kindness and a positive attitude makes all the difference. I’m so grateful for her support and for making sure I was able to get my medication in a timely manner.

Got flu shots for myself and my elderly parents. We just walked in because for some reason I couldn't schedule the flu shot online for the Belle Mead NJ location. I was able to schedule the covid vaccine there but not the flu. There was a couple that were getting other vaccines and had an appointment so we waited a little while. There was some confusion about their vaccines do they took us first since they had the flu vaccine ready to go. This was Friday at 11:30am. Don't recommend walking in on a Friday, they seem to be busier on that day. Confirmation of vaccine manufacturer and lot number sent to CVS app.

They dont have products in stock and this is my 2nd time coming here already dissapointing, shelf is still empty. It is NOT a prescription medicine which can be out of stock for Months due to high demand and low supply, it is a basic commonly used item that shouldn't be so hard to scan as a manager and restock many of it. Also for the pharmacy techs the new one is not trained at all, and was rushing me at the drive thru ( I was the only patient) The coworker came to help and started questioning my medical condition invalidating me when it is very obvious that I can't do certain things (arthritis). I have been a customer at different cvs all around NJ this was unnaceptable. I had also called prior to coming to pick up in person to have it ready but I guess lunch is more important. I've already transfered to a private and local pharmacy instead, done with CVS.

Really awful pharmacist making assumptions based on race and ethncity. Makes up excuses not to fill meds for Indians: the pharmacist is middle eastern/ Arab and did not want to do her job. Submitted to NJ pharmacy board for investigation. She said she didn't want to fill a medication because they have a system now that flags her. let's see how it goes if she gets flagged now by the board

Impossible to pick up prescriptions. “We haven’t received anything for you…it could be in the cloud.” I have heard this so many times and without apology. However, it isn’t just this cvs that is horrible. It is all of them…and Walgreens is no better.
