Friendly staff explained that repairing the cracked touch-plate on my rather ancient tablet was a long shot, might not be worth the cost. Tablet has sentimental value so I said go ahead. Repair was prompt and at reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I could not recommend a better place to get your screen replaced / phone repaired. Oscar was amazing, kind, and beyond helpful. My insurance covered the repair and my out of pocket expense was $0. Thank you CPR and Oscar for saving my mobile phone's life this past week!

Worst customer experience I’ve had in years. I walked in and the price given to me was $30 more than Apple, I asked the employee about the price difference and from there he was extremely rude. When I was trying to turn off find my iPhone so he can make the repair I was having difficulty doing so and instead of walking me through it made a snug remark. Happily take my business elsewhere

CPR Princeton did a fantastic job replacing the cracked screen for me. They worked with my insurance company and I had a repair completed the next day! It took 30 minutes, no hassle, very nice gentleman. I recommend CPR Princeton to everyone!!

I put in a request for an appointment for an estimate for my Samsung Galaxy Z3 Flip 5G phone. I called today at 11:52 before I drove 25 minutes to ensure they got my request and to ensure they had the glass to replace the screen. NOBODY answered and I left a message. Nobody called back. I drove there for my 1pm appointment for an estimate and they said they DO NOT WORK ON FLIP PHONES because you need a clean room to complete the repair. WHY are there a dozen flip phones listed on the website? I'm not happy.

Horrible experience with this establishment. Paid $450 for iPhone 15 Pro screen replacement per advice of tech. Within 2 days of normal use screen did not function normally. Scheduled appointment to have repaired and was told it was not covered by warrantee and was told would pay between $170-$350 more to have screen replaced again. Spoke with manager and then owner "Bob" with no effort to resolve the issue.
Now still have half working screen. Would never give business again.
