Worst place ever! Had rented a car for 1 month due to the fact that my car was stolen and I requested to switch rental cars....they said "there are no cars available " they are just a joke!!!!!!

Rented a car for the afternoon/evening for a quick adventure around the area. It was easy to book through the app, and when we picked up the car, the staff was very kind and efficient. After hours return was super simple. Thank you!

I rented a car from Enterprise in Princeton, expecting a Toyota Corolla, but was initially given a minivan. Then, due to availability issues, a representative named Tyler provided me with a Mitsubishi Mirage. Despite being promised a size-appropriate swap by March 8, 2024, I experienced significant inconvenience and had to exchange the car at another location in Trenton due to its poor condition. Despite taking photos of pre-existing damages, I faced unjust damage claims upon return on April 1, 2024, by Tyler, leading to disputes supported by my insurance. This experience, marked by poor service and unfulfilled promises, resulted in a highly stressful situation. As a resolution, I intend to share my negative review broadly, rating the involved parties, including Enterprise, Tyler in Princeton, and Justin in Trenton, as 0 out of 5 stars.

Nightmare. Absolute and utter nightmare mainly because of new manager who is rude and unprofessional. I ended up missing a medical appointment. Pity. There used to be excellent people at this branch.

Nile (apologies if I mispelled!) Was great at pick up. He was kind and got me in and out so quickly!
I highly recommend this location if convenient for anyone looking to rent a car in the central jersey region.

Requested a pick up from Hyatt hotel at 9:30 and unfortunately they do not come on time .The person who answers the phone was not friendly also . I always used to deal with enterprise because they are friendly small enterprise business but recently I didn’t feel the same . Tamara shaker

Had a delivery for this place. Just wanted to say the staff here was pretty cool! The parking situation may not be ideal especially for truck drivers that deliver here but that’s not their problem!
