I had a great experience working with Yin Rubin, the interior designer of Ethan Allen. She is highly professional and skilled in designing furniture tailored to each customer’s needs. I’m very satisfied with the overall design outcome-it perfectly matches my expectations. Her service was consistently kind and attentive, and she showed genuine enthusiasm in helping me find furniture that suits my style and space. This was our 4th time over 40+ using Ethan Allen products to update our living room. Clearly, we love their furnishings - for both beauty and value. Our experience with TJ was absolutely the best. She gave us time to browse the showroom at our own pace, knowledgeably answered our questions, and made excellent suggestions. Unsure about which fabrics would best complement our existing area rug, we picked a wide variety and she brought even more when she came to our home. Her design expertise and great eye that incorporated our personal style gave us confidence in the final choices. Now the furniture is in place and we couldn’t be happier. We recommend TJ without reservation.

I appreciate the dedicated design expertise and customer service that TJ provided to me from the time I walked in the store up until and after my art work was delivered. She helped me make additional design selections so the art would work in my space. She confirmed and showed me a photo that it could be hung horizontally after I expressed concern it would be too long for my space. She kept me updated on the shipping status and even checked in with me days before delivery and the day of. This art work has transformed my space. It’s a focal point and will be leveraged as I renovate my kitchen, which shares a great space with the family room where the artwork hangs. I’m looking forward to having TJ over soon to help me with some additional design changes.

Giana from Ethan Allen in New Jersey worked quite patiently with me to pick out fabrics for the chairs that I had selected to go with the new dining room table. Since the store in New Mexico closed during this process it was difficult to imagine if we would get our table but she followed the order to the very end to make sure everything went well. I can highly recommend her for her hard work and design ideas.

Giana was great to work with. Being able to visually show me what the furniture would look like in our space was invaluable to our purchasing decision. We have a very small bedroom so the measurements were vital. Quality material and construction were also paramount in our decision.

I needed a comfortable, stylish chair & ottoman in a velvety fabric, and was looking for a very specific color. I’d lost hope of finding exactly what I wanted–I’d checked a million sites and stores. But then I called Ethan Allen and got hooked up with Giana LaRussa. She helped me find exactly what I had envisioned. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and conscientious throughout the whole process. She’ll be the first person I contact the next time I’m in the market for new furniture!

Giana LaRussa was great to work with! She was always helpful and cheerful as we dithered back and forth about the chair. She went out of her way to find another store where we could actually sit in the ones we were considering, and called ahead for us. She is very knowledgeable and really helped us figure out what would work for us. Finally, she has a very friendly and welcoming presence!

Giana was thoughtful, helpful, and professional. She patiently helped us come to a decision about purchasing two new furniture pieces. Very good advice. Very good follow-through after the sale while the furniture pieces were being fabricated. This was not a salesman-disguised-as-consultant deal. Giana offered genuinely good ideas about using furniture offered by Ethan Allen. Definitely no hard sell. Pleased to compliment and recommend.

Giana LaRussa, was very helpful with my bedroom. She was exceptionally good with coordinating every aspect of my empty bedroom that is no longer empty. From the curtain rod to the curtains, rug, bed, dressers, lamps, mattress, mirrors and bedding. Great job Giana!!! NO MORE AIR MATTRESS

Yin from Princeton Ethan Allen visited our home for a design consultation. We were interested in refreshing our living room . In a timely fashion, she designed a beautiful layout. We then visited the showroom where she presented different options and explained the synergy between the pieces she selected. Her vision and insights all came together in a perfect blend of color and style and comfort. We just love the end result, and we can’t wait to spend time in our new space. We are so happy we placed our trust in Yin’s talented hands. She is truly a pleasure to work with.

TJ, our design consultant, was very kind, patient and savvy in her knowledge of the Ethan Allen furniture choices and fabrics. She helped my Mom and me select the right seating and fabric for my Mother’s home. When I used FaceTime to have my Mom join us in the selection process, TJ listened very attentively to my Mom’s ideas and color choices. TJ was patient and selected the right fabrics, seating and colors that my Mom wanted. The Ethan Allen delivery process was easy and safe with excellent “white glove” service in furniture placement and care/respect for my Mom’s home. This was a great experience. I am looking forward to working with TJ again soon.
