Rude lady at this Fedex center - she can talk to people nicely. Today at 10 am- May 17, 2025- whoever that lady on duty, management should talk to this employee! You should send her back to training, on how to provide good customer service!

Up until recently, I have only ever needed to use FedEx Office for the occasional express shipping service. Within the last 4 months I had reason to use their printing services for a pair of family events and couldn’t be more pleased. Leilani and team were most helpful with page layouts, page placement, paper weight choices and page cutting services. One of my events occurred during the holiday crush and the crew went out of their way to accommodate my tight timeframe. The service was exceptional. I apologize for not getting the names of everyone who assisted me, but please know you have my sincerest gratitude for all your help. Thank you so much.

Every time I come here the staff is so kind and helpful. I always feel like the experience is quick and easy and the impeccable service is a big bonus. Will definitely be back!

I came here with a prepaid label and they packed things for me and gave me a receipt to track the package. It hardly took a few minutes! I had a great experience here.
On another note, this place has restrooms for customers.

Fernando and his team at this FedEx are amazing!!! Fernando went above and beyond by greeting me upon arrival, taping up my box, assisting in reprinting my label that I lost on the way there all while helping with other things but checking back to make sure my needs were met. I own a business an it’s hard to find employees that care this much!!! You felt such a sense of peace while in this store because of Fernando
