While that AtHome was not helpful in replacing it, I spoke with Kam at this location and he could not have been more helpful! He went above and beyond by swapping a new chair with the smelly one by the next day. I am very impressed with their customer service and will be coming back to shop.”

“5 star service. I ordered a complete living room set and counter chairs during the supply chain crisis. The furniture arrived 5 months later but my new construction got delayed by a further 7 months. I had to keep pushing back delivery. Marianne helped me with the choice of furniture and then Peter handled the delivery. Courteous, professional and willing to postpone delivery at least 3-4 times. The ultimate extension of this courtesy was delivering my furniture on my day off even though it was not their scheduled delivery day. Furniture arrived well packed, undamaged and very much to my liking. I chose firm seating more along modern but leaning-toward-traditional pieces that have fit in very well indeed. I could not be more pleased with the entire experience.”

“I did not know exactly what I was shopping for when I walked in, other than a themed gift box that I was going to put together with a few small items. What surprised me, is not only was I able to find exactly the perfect assortment of gifts for a gardener friend...but also the impressive customer service. At the check out line, I was behind someone in a scooter due to some disability. The cashier went out of his way to show the lady to an easier accessible register. He could have stayed at the register he was at, and the person in the scooter would be able to manage. However, he took the extra steps, and the courtesy to offer her an easier checkout experience. It was a kind gesture, and the cashier obviously knew a thing or two about customer service. I encountered a pleasant check out experience as well only moments later.”

“The store can get quite hectic during peak hours, making it challenging to navigate. However, it would greatly benefit from the addition of self-checkout stations. The staff is friendly and accommodating, but the behavior of the management leaves something to be desired. Despite this, the store boasts a vast selection of items, making it an ideal destination for those who enjoy browsing. The fresh produce section is well-stocked and the Starbucks conveniently located at the entrance is a nice touch. In addition, there is ample parking available in the front of the store, making it easy to come and go.”

“I was very pleased to meet someone like Steve who is ready to listen to my problen and did his best to help me which costed lit of time.I had difficulty figuring out my 2 tangled orders today.1 order had to be picked up ( which was delivered because of mistake) and the other one I am expecting to come in next 2 weeks.When I asked for help Steve was careful and kind and knew what to do for me. Upon ascertaining that our need was not urgent, he guided us to the best week to buy, based on upcoming sales and promotions. We returned at that time, he remembered us, and all mentioned sales and promotions were active and applied.We were able to arrange delivery of mattress and adjustable frame for the next day. Everything transpired just as we had been told it would. We were notified of our delivery window the night before, and received both phone and email notifications when the team was on their way. They arrived an hour earlier than scheduled but that was only a bonus for is. The delivery team was professional and efficient. Jose and Cristian knew what they were doing and had our old mattress (and topper) out and new frame and mattress in in no time. They demonstrated the adjustability features of the frame and didn't leave until we confirmed our satisfaction. Extremely pleased with the Mattress Firm experience and can't wait to get a good night's sleep! (Upgrade from a 23 year old traditional inner spring mattress.)”
