“Overall, this location far surpassed any expectations I had approaching an outlet. While I expect 5-star service from a traditional RH store, I foolishly assumed that with the reduced rates, comes reduced customer service. That is not the case. The reps took countless hours out of their days (for a week straight) to swap images/texts/calls with my wife and I as we hunted down the desired piece from 50 miles out.
Once we found what we were after, we visited the store and met Lisa. She was an absolute gem; as eager to assist us as she was to entertain my young daughter, giving me a chance to take my time looking over our investment piece.
Their initial attention to our needs got us in the door - their in person care solidified our customer loyalty.

“Our experience at this location was great. We came in with lots of questions and Aidan answered all of them. They switched the configurations at the store for us to experience exactly what we were looking for. We kept constant communication through the text messaging system they have throughout the whole process (shopping, buying, delivery). I had more questions which Randy answered through text and calls, she was very patient with me and even changed the quotes I had numerous times. Shipping was extremely fast. We bought on 8/2 and received 12 boxes on 8/6 with 1 more box coming on 8/8. Aidan and Randy made sure we received everything we needed to assemble our sactional and followed up after to ensure we were satisfied with our order. The assembly was a little tough eith putting covers on and the pieces not aligning with the shoes very easily (I do think we weren't doing it right) but the couch has been very comfortable. Overall, I appreciated the great customer service from the MarketFair team. If you're thinking about shopping for a Lovesac, I would recommend this location.”

I live 1 1/2 hours away from the shop so after the initial visit, all aspects of the very extensive master bedroom redo were completed via emails, photos back and forth, and phone calls. George, the measurer and installer, took pride in his work resulting in perfect fits for the spread, bed skirt, and shades. The Swartz Family reupholstered a love seat and antique chair. “Between Wisconsin winters and cats that sleep on the cushions and shred everything, we REALLY needed new cushions. I was pleased that they arrived in a timely manner in spite of me ordering during the spring rush. There were many many fabrics to choose from and we selected a durable fabric and pattern that was similar to what we had. They look great and are comfortable.”
