This blonde manager was very RUDE. She was very condescending and not helpful at all! The store employees are entitled expect for the lady in the kids section with the Glasses. I asked for help and the manager looked at me as if I was a bother.I will never give this store any business, I will definitely send a letter to the corporate office and request and apology for this employee behavior in front of my family. I will also send a letter to the better business bureau it’s a public company and you should not treat customers this rudely.

I really enjoy this mall and I like to stop in here once in awhile but it’s definitely not my favorite gap as far as the selection and set goes. The staff aren’t the friendliest or very knowledgeable. The reason I’m posting this review is because I stopped in yesterday to buy a gift and I overheard staff talking about how a potential new hire sounded dumb on the phone and they all laughed, which is unacceptable to say around customers or in general. I had items in my hand to purchase I put them down and left. It said people can be so mean. Just be kind!!

This review is for Janell and Jami at the Gap location in West Windsor, NJ. Both provided exemplary customer service with determining the best use of both my credit card and rewards program in order for me to obtain the greatest discount possible. Kudos to them both!!

This place is not like it used to be, I remember the store has a wide range of clothes and jeans and the like, now the sizes are smaller and mostly slim or skinny fit. They do not carry many regular sizes, the seams on the jeans are soooo uncomfortable when they're skinny or slim fit. Furthermore, the t shirts and the like colors are faded, I do not understand if that is the style these days, but it makes the items look cheap. I remember, they used to have absolutely amazing items, I just hope that this Covid subsides and that Gap can improve.

High quality products and great staff. The store is neat and everything is organized. There are some good deals with the many sales going on now.

Great staff and the store is very organized with everything where it should be. There are deals going on everywhere throughout the store so it is hard to miss a good buy. This is supported by the high quality denim used and fine materials for shirts and sweatshirts.

The staff was extremely accommodating when I needed help finding a size for my daughter—even getting a dress off a (really hard-to-maneuver) mannequin for us to try. They were very patient, very professional.

Gap's MarketFair location regularly attracts at least 3 customers a day and on an underwhelming Black Friday they have been known to redline all the way to 6 - leaving me to wonder why this store always looks like a wreck and the help is beyond helpless. A store that generates zero traffic should not constantly look like a tornado just touched down. Do they really think marking threadbare graphic tees up to an eye-gouging $55 is going to fool anyone who has at least one remaining brain cell when the same disposable garments are then offered at 50% off. And of course the obligatory thumbs up for the elfin cashier who insists on extracting my email address (sorry, all our printers are busted) so they can let me know when these doorbuster tee-shirts will be going for $6.50 on January 2nd. Product quality and service at Gap has been cratering for years, time to pull the plug.
